    The network coverage is the worst for all the operator's here (Jagmalwa village, Thawe). Tried all @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @reliancejio. Can't even get 2G coverage while indoors. @TRAI Please look into it.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea, worst network coverage. Haven't even got a single 2G, yes 2G, network bar since I visited Jagmalwa village in Gopalganj district. No steps taken by operators. Have been facing issues as it is my primary number.

    Vodafone why have you kept the public so upset. Some days there was good network speed but for the last several days there has been utter nonsense. It has also been difficult to talk. The problem of call drop is so much that don't ask.@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday I've exchanged my Vi number's sim card the old one sim has been deactivated but new one sim is not activated yet, this is my primary number kindly activate my number asap, very bad service by #Vi😡

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.

    @ViCustomerCare You mentioned there is conjunction in network because of "many users" using at same time. Now what? If you've rectified that then, come up with solution. "add new sites"

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Without balance now the network is not coming, so suddenly I am out of network because My prepaid balance is deducting automatically for no reason.Every week this is repeating. Look into it seriously, don't force the customer to throw your SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I was promised the sim card two days back , KYC done , amount paid and now the sim card is cancelled and amount credited back to the account ! What sort of service is this @VodafoneIN_News ? I am an existing customer for last 20 yrs .....

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, My Vi POS number: 9921525822 Issue: Your Smart Connect app is asking to uninstall AMCB banking app to function. This is unacceptable as a recharge app should not interfere with other apps on the phone. Kindly investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Every day, once or twice, the network stops working. Even though it shows 4G/5G, it often drops to 2G signal, and this has been happening for quite some time. If you can’t provide proper service, then shut down your network in this area.
