    Not able to get volte network on my @VodafoneIN , also not able to receive call when its is calling its telling phone is switched off. Also no msz is receiving @vodafoneunhappy

    @VodafoneIN @Idea, worst network coverage. Haven't even got a single 2G, yes 2G, network bar since I visited Jagmalwa village in Gopalganj district. No steps taken by operators. Have been facing issues as it is my primary number.

    The network coverage is the worst for all the operator's here (Jagmalwa village, Thawe). Tried all @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @reliancejio. Can't even get 2G coverage while indoors. @TRAI Please look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday I've exchanged my Vi number's sim card the old one sim has been deactivated but new one sim is not activated yet, this is my primary number kindly activate my number asap, very bad service by #Vi😡

    Vodafone why have you kept the public so upset. Some days there was good network speed but for the last several days there has been utter nonsense. It has also been difficult to talk. The problem of call drop is so much that don't ask.@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare Just saying that avoid entering incorrect number is not correct. Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI 9909155955 My International Roaming plan got activated by mistake and I contacted customer care immediately to deactivate it within minutes. No usage was done. Requesting waiver/reversal of charges. Please help. Meetal

    Absolutely shameless behaviour and pathetic “International Roaming” @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Visited Mexico for an official visit from 17-23 April. Activated “IR” pack for the same. Did not latch on to any network even once. Had to buy a Saily eSIM to stay connected 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare Most hopeless post paid service providers. No resolution for complaints regarding my incorrect name on the Vi app and otherwise. Replaced my official name to a name of their vhoice.Terrible personal experience. Do not go for this IRRESPONSIBLE Vi Mobile.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for the response. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly this time, because I’ve already contacted customer support multiple times since 25th April but still haven’t received any proper update or SIM delivery yet.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been facing network problems with my Vi SIM for the last 2 days. Sometimes there is no signal at all, and I’m unable to make calls or use the internet. In some places, the signal shows full bars, but the mobile data still does not work.
