    Networks of @idea_cares and its partner @VodafoneIN have been down since last hour and its bot the first time this happened,they have frequent call drops too and call connectivity issues ! Atleast @BSNL_MH broadband is there so atleast i can tweet them !

    Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare If you have a practical solution, please provide it. Otherwise, I will switch to another operator next month. Customers should not be paying full charges for a service that your own team admits it cannot adequately provide.
