Networks of @idea_cares and its partner @VodafoneIN have been down since last hour and its bot the first time this happened,they have frequent call drops too and call connectivity issues ! Atleast @BSNL_MH broadband is there so atleast i can tweet them !

@ViCustomerCare I had a complaint fr network issue #V00441837293 ..some1 frm Vi just called Talking v rudely that ur issue has been resolved.. when I said u should ask me if the issue is resolved or not.. She started shouting on me .. Gr8 customer service..feel regret joined Vi

@ViCustomerCare I gave application for mobile porting from Vi to airtel. Now your customer care calling stating that they are from airtel and saying me to send CANCEL “ mobile number” to 1900. Do u think customer is fool ! No ethics in mobile portability @TRAI @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare @yadav_vijit Dont fall into this trap. i am a Vi customer, i regret joining VI. Worst customer care. No response from their customer care after giving them details its been days. Dont say i didnt warn you. same will be your case
