Networks of @idea_cares and its partner @VodafoneIN have been down since last hour and its bot the first time this happened,they have frequent call drops too and call connectivity issues ! Atleast @BSNL_MH broadband is there so atleast i can tweet them !

@ViCustomerCare Such pathetic service 1 signal bar at every location 100s of spam SMS the min recharge expires but when I do recharge I can’t send a single message. It’s been 1 week since my recharge & SMS is still not working. I raised a complaint but no use. Close your company.

@ViCustomerCare @AsrRajeshsharma you guys say we install 100 in an hour ok so from that I registered complaint 60 days back 60 days you guys must have installed 14 lakh and 40000 towers in the country in which I think one could be installed near my place or one which is existing
