    Networks of @idea_cares and its partner @VodafoneIN have been down since last hour and its bot the first time this happened,they have frequent call drops too and call connectivity issues ! Atleast @BSNL_MH broadband is there so atleast i can tweet them !

    @ViCustomerCare I've already escalated to Appellate Authority & I'll get it resolved by myself. Coz I know that customer service executives are of no use. Have been behind them since almost 10 days

    @ViCustomerCare Haven't seen such a pathetic customer service. Requested to migrate from #Postpaid to #Prepaid on 11/08/21. Cleared the OS dues & paid for recharge as well. But no update yet. Tired following up with CS. New billing cycle started & I'm not paying anything now

    @ViCustomerCare hey Voda-Idea, haven't been receiving any signal from last 24 hrs. Do I have a reason to keep using your services because writing physical letters seems more viable than making calls from your sim cards
