    Networks of @idea_cares and its partner @VodafoneIN have been down since last hour and its bot the first time this happened,they have frequent call drops too and call connectivity issues ! Atleast @BSNL_MH broadband is there so atleast i can tweet them !

    @ViCustomerCare Again no resolution. Why you're doing Fake commitments with the customers, if you're unable to fulfill those commitments?? @ViCustomerCare You're such a worst service provider, you should be penalized for the inconvenience and your services should be closed down. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Literally, the worst network and customer service in india. I've been trying to reach the customer care and all I get to hear is try these steps. I've not been able to connect to data for past two days inspite of having an active data plan.

    @ViCustomerCare i still have problem than too network complaint no. MNG-V00662643773 is closed. I already spoke to customer care that you close complaints even when customer problem not solved. waste of time. waiting for 90 days to be over to port out from vi volte network

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vi team, I haven't received any kind of text message (incoming)i.e. personal and banking SMS since last 3 days. I am unable to do any financial transactions.I have also registered my complaint with your costumer support team but still not resolve. Pls Help
