  Networks of @idea_cares and its partner @VodafoneIN have been down since last hour and its bot the first time this happened,they have frequent call drops too and call connectivity issues ! Atleast @BSNL_MH broadband is there so atleast i can tweet them !

  @ViCustomerCare network site At-KHAJURIAKATA, BLOCK-HINDOL, DIST-DHENKANAL, STATE-ODISHA is down since 6hrs but still @ViNewsOfficial is doing nothing. Already complained multiple times. Kindly reach out to me on 9668042472 and assign a technician as well.

  @ViCustomerCare I had recharged my International Roaming pack from India on 10 May 26. The pack is still not active. I have raised a complaint and also sent a mail but there’s no response from your side. Can you suggest what should I do ?

  Previously I was thinking why @ViCustomerCare not gaining customers in a market like india where only 3 major pvt players exist. But after ordering a SIM I came to know that they can't match the service level of airte & Jio. They are just in a ventilator.
