    Networks of @idea_cares and its partner @VodafoneIN have been down since last hour and its bot the first time this happened,they have frequent call drops too and call connectivity issues ! Atleast @BSNL_MH broadband is there so atleast i can tweet them !

    Just Few minutes ago tried to contact @ViCustomerCare for the Issue that i am facing at evening and night time in browsing the internet and even in day sometimes!! instead of resolving the issue Customer care was talking like he is the owner!! He was not even listening To me!

    @ViCustomerCare In my area (Balkan Kenduguri Village, Digboi, Tinsukia, Assam) No Network for last two days. Please check and update me. Otherwise I have to MNP with other Network.

    @ViCustomerCare hey I went at least 20 shops in two separate markets for your sim well finally when got it did not get the plan I wanted however I said ok from next month now there is no network for to get it activated . Now I get it why I left you earlier.

    @ViCustomerCare hi Vodafone please provide 4G network in TIKARIA mangawan, Uttar Pradesh 210208 in this area only occur 2G network vi many people have vi sim in this area but vi 4G network not occur in this area due to people use other sim please provide 4G network

    @ViCustomerCare what happened to your network it shows full 4g network but speed is slow AF everytime i play battlegrounds mobile india PING latency sucks everytime high ping in game. Why??

    @ViCustomerCare I am trying to call the customer care for a week now and it say they are out of network coverage area!!! ... What a nice customer support 🙇
