@VodafoneIN Mera recharge kuch kam nhi aaya 599 ka recharge because of such a "FASTEST"(FASTEST=SLOWEST k gaya gujra) speed of solving mt issue.u can give sympathy not the solution..aab ue recharge ka compentation vo kon vapis dega tum ya vodafone company @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare Although my issue have been resolved via some activation of packs, but I urge to Vi that they must look into this new policy change regarding sms services, its really not a nice idea. Also I urge them to inform all their customers via message. @ViCustomerCare

Worst service of @ViCustomerCare. Just to send one text message i need to recharge my number for 128 even if i have balance of 134 in my account. That's why your customers are decreasing. @TRAI please help.
