The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible. The executive at the store told me that pan card (original) can not be used as it is in b&w. This is clearly age descrimination. Please provide me email address of your legal department.
