Dear #Vodafone India, please listen from a blind fan & supporter of Vodafone, please remove all of 3/3.5/3.75G BTS (3G/H/H+). We will get mad with your network, it draining batteries, callDrop, and continues n/w switch between 2/2.5/3/3.5/3.75 and 4G.Stop 2G-3.9G @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare My sim card service stopped by VI. Due to medical emergency i did recharge 50rs in my card inspite of recharge they not resume my service. I already mailed customer care but they give me another recharge option to resume service. Poor service in ME @PMOIndia

Pathetic customer service by Vodafone India. Went to get a Sim card for my sister. Refused to accept Aadhar card as proof of identity just because her surname changed post marriage. The Aadhar number was same in both cases. Just harassment @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare.

Hey @ViCustomerCare been 3 days not being able to make outgoing calls. Was out of town with very low network connectivity. At Siliguri currently still facing the same issue. Can you please look into it on priority?
