Dear #Vodafone India, please listen from a blind fan & supporter of Vodafone, please remove all of 3/3.5/3.75G BTS (3G/H/H+). We will get mad with your network, it draining batteries, callDrop, and continues n/w switch between 2/2.5/3/3.5/3.75 and 4G.Stop 2G-3.9G @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare Still waiting for the complete conversion of my sim from corporate to personal. It's so strange, only VI OTP is not being delivered - and without phone number verification nothing seems to happen. So I can't login to VI app and even the Baner office is not able to help

@ViCustomerCare I have take a 1 month plan of callertune, neither you guys activate a callertune nor refunding my money. I have all the proofs. If you guys wil not help me now also. Then i will take this matter more further. It is not a matter of money but ther service that you are providing.

@ViCustomerCare At first she didn't even mention that these 2 sims are post paid. It's after I communicated with another grieving customer about a post paid bill. I checked my sims,which were post paid too. I realised I was being led to a scam as well.

@ViCustomerCare we are now in early stage of 5G, But you are struggling to give Internet speed of 4G. Very pathetic Internet service. Please Improve Internet speed quality in my area if possible. others operators are having no issue only vodafone is having poor Internet service.
