    @LangaMahesh @ViCustomerCare I have network issues. Over three years now. I had kept it only coz it's been my network for 16 years. Finally decided to MNP to Airtel. Their network signal and their services both are pathetic. After a simple MNP , they are still fixing my issue with missed call activation

    @ViCustomerCare I m very disappointed from last night 11.30 PM because my old sim is deactivated and the new vi sim is not activated yet. Number is 9855810721 The response from your customer care and salesman are very very very careless and disgusting.

    @ViCustomerCare why is it so difficult to reach your customer care people? There is no number I can call to, I have some serious issue with my VI simcard and if you dont respond now, I would better prefer simcard portability. Kindly give me a number where I can speak to.

    @ViCustomerCare is scamming openly I was unable to send sms so first the call customer care asks me to recharge for 39 as a best offer to get validity, did that Still was unable to send sms, Later on calling to cCare again they say recharge with a sms pack did rs 26 again
