  @ViCustomerCare Paid for a new Vi SIM with delivery scheduled for 31st July in Bargarh, Odisha. No one showed up. Every day customer support gives the same script: "Executive will reach today." Still waiting. Please resolve this or refund my money immediately.

  @ViCustomerCare I DM’d all details about my iMessage/FaceTime activation issue. No resolution yet. Prepaid user, no international SMS. Need international SMS enabled for iMessage activation on prepaid . Please fix this ASAP

  @ViCustomerCare its 3 days since i raised my complaint here to get a new sim card . The executive at the store told me that pan card (original) can not be used as it is in b&w. This is clearly age descrimination. Please provide me email address of your legal department.

  No resolution ever after 72 Hrs, whereas I have paid money in advance. Pathetic that @vodafone in India is headed by bunch of unprofessionals. Even after payment and lapse of 72 Hrs, several follow ups and calls to Customer Care @ViCustomerCare is not able to deliver a new SIM.
