    @ViCustomerCare i have been availing services from last 9 years but your branches give worst services...i visited twice your NiBM Road, Kondhwa, Pune branch for 4G Sim, your branch issued new card twice bit those sims were useless.

    No wonder why Vodafone is not successful with telecom sector in India. Connecting two customer call to eachother. That's how they solve your issues. This happened twice today. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare i face major problems from 6 months regarding networking like sometime network come with full range and then immediately network goes to down zero and internet connection lost and network loss. Problem i think in area network. So take action and improve service.

    @ViCustomerCare My entire area (Shivaji Nagar, Aurangabad-431009) is facing internet speed related issue since yesterday. Despite of complaints the issue still persists. Internet is not working even in your Vi mini store in Shivaji Nagar. Kindly look into it

    @ViCustomerCare What can i do for that, we are paid you to for internet, you are charged for service, not argument. We want service that we are paid for that.If you can't then give us back our plan amount. Don't cheat us.
