    @ViCustomerCare This is to inform you that on 15.06.2022, I have initiated a SIM Replacement Request vide Request No:3-116672385858. However till now my number has not been activated. On approaching the customer care support helpline, I was informed that I need to re-apply again

    Hi Azimuddin! Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I do understand your concern. We have registered your network compliant with Ref. No. MUM-V00946439747 which is in progress. The expected resolution date is 13 Jun '22 at 10:13 AM. But it's 17 jun'22 prob not slve @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I have done MNP to VI Just an hour ago it got activated. During the time of MNP i ask the person in store at SR NAGAR what about FRC, he replied " sir, we don't do FRC, you have to do it on your own by login in to VI app" Now the customer care is saying.....
