    @DoT_India 2- @ViCustomerCare However, we are in process to prioritize your area to ensure better coverage- Kulwant I didn't understand the clear message but just understand that he is unable resolve raised network issue which is his primary task. even in NCR area i.e. Noida. just pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare Classic service of VI, till now zero working. Team is calling me then sleeping. Great we need such type of executive of the company who help to put brand of the company always on top irrespective in worst or good.

    this is your optimal giganet network.. i have recharged day before yesterday of plan 699 but its totally got wasted ... fix this issue at priority to avoid consumer dispute against you ... getting 140kbps at 4g network with FULL 4 signal bars @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare

    Legit after calling multiple times and spending hours talking with @ViCustomerCare no solution has been provided. Seems like @ViCustomerCare is not meant for solving customer issues but creating more problems

    @ViCustomerCare Oh very good, ok,do you have 4g indoor coverage in Tamilnadu??? Ok leave it, do you have Vowifi in Tamilnadu??? If you have any one of the service, Then I believe the above. If you are not capable of providing the above services, then how come you will provide good 5G services.

    @ViCustomerCare Volte not working. Took new connection, did 2 month recharge, still no Volte! Phone no- 7743923567! Please help!
