    @ViCustomerCare Last month my DND was changed without permission call centre records say I called & requested. Today callertunes was activated on my so-called request (none made). Vi's security/authentication is broken. Pls fix asap. Simple OTP/sms based confirmn wd fix this.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Lets see, on 25th oct, i was informed by your guy who visited my place, that prb will be resolved in 2 days.. post that i made complaint at your helpline on 29 oct. I was informed that by 30th my issue will be resolved & will get call. No information till date. 😡

    What the hell is going on with @ViCustomerCare, first their store member has collected extra amount without any kind of service and then requested them to close my postpaid number. Now, they said that the number was reactivated without my knowledge and presence.

    How on earth is it possible to reactivate a customer's number without their permission. Now their customer support team member has denied to give the refund amount for the same. Such a pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare

    But Jaise hi mai batata hu ki issue resolve nahi hua hai. Tum log New complain no. Ke through complain register kar lete ho. Phir kuchh din baad bolte ho ki issue resolve hi gya But issue resolve nahi hota Again process repeat hoti hai. Shameful @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS
