Hey @ViCustomerCare My internet connectivity is very very bad. Even after a full signal showing on my mobile phone, the network gets lost frequently and the speed is horrible for specific apps like Google Chrome and whatsapp.

@ViCustomerCare Heard from your customer care representative that Vodafone is going to file a police case against me because I am Rs 703 due. It's been few years I switched to VI prepaid from postpaid. I cleared dues during that. 9836377790 is my no. Please look into it. Thanks.

@ViCustomerCare Without Vowifi my phone shows no service. Because of non-conversion to esim I am forced to carry 2 mobiles. My work is suffering. Don’t punish me for choosing Vodafone. So expedite.
