    @ViCustomerCare and @reliancejio please sort this. I have no network in sim from last 3 days I ported out from JIO to VI 2 months ago and paid the advance payment. No dues my account as per JIO website but still VI is saying something is pending with JIO Can we sort this?

    So now I am not able get OTP's if I'm using @vodafone . This was rubbish. I am not able to book my brother's 2nd dose because not getting otp. This is like putting gun on my head to fo the recharge. I am seriously going to change my sim card service provider now. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare why different customer service executives keep calling me asking the same issue which I have to explain again and again. VI you are frustrating me now. Even the automated messages sent on Twitter are frustrating since you don’t resolve the issue. It’s irritating

    @ViCustomerCare @PMOIndia still no response on my issue from Vodafone idea,this is a worst service provider, I took postpaid new connection 10 days back,complaint that I'm unable to send or receive SMS,no customer care person helping,+917997721985 my number
