  @ViCustomerCare I’m severely facing an issue. Firstly it takes a lot of time for call to connect, then after a minute of conversation the call goes black and gets disconnected.

  @ViCustomerCare, I&my wife were using your number for past 10-15yr, in last Jun we decided to port our numbers due 2 a very poor network, and paid all the dues at the time of porting my numbers, as V live outside India and we only use India number whn V are in India @TRAI Cont..

  @ViCustomerCare Today morning I received call from your end. It got disconnected in between and till now I haven’t received another call. May be they are getting my mobile out of coverage though I am in city limits with full range. This is the actual problem I am facing.
