    @JioCare Finally got my deactivated number back! 🙌 @JioCare couldn’t help me while I was abroad. One email to @ViCustomerCare and they guided me through the process and helped me get my number back. Great service by Vi. Very disappointing support from Jio. Never porting to Jio again!

    Give us clear answer why vi customer don't have talk to agent option on vi customer numer i tired 198,199,121 non of them has I'm really getting frustrated facing issues again and again in vi @ViCustomerCare

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I recharged ₹239, which includes a JioHotstar subscription. But JioHotstar is still asking me to pay again. Vi app → Benefits shows the subscription is included, yet the content isn’t available. JioHotstar says Vi needs to resolve it. Please fix this ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare Hi , If I have an active plan with validity, will I get missed call SMS alerts? Is MCI free? The ₹45 pack says "Vi App alerts only". Please clarify difference between ₹45 pack vs MCI SMS service.
