  @ViCustomerCare I faced challenge with soft sim of Vi, it either works on GSM or LTE/5G. When you get phone call hotspot doesn’t work. Not sure whether this issue is resolved now?

  @ViCustomerCare I want to use VI but in our village there is 0 network at all. We want tower in our village. If you'll install tower then you'll cover 200+ users and 100+ can be potential users.

  I recently ported my SIM (9321112460) to Vi. The initial recharge has not been completed by the agent, and attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful 😔. This is my first exp with Vi, and the current support situation is concerning 😟🙏. @ViCustomerCare 📞
