    @ViCustomerCare Seems Rs. 100/- is more important for Vi than a decade old Postpaid Customer with 3 connections. i wonder if they have a customer profiling system...Bye Bye Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare, hey we're facing issues with the call quality from this morning, I was able to hear only for 5 seconds, next 5 seconds the call goes slient and the pattern repeats. I observe this issue only in my home area ( Ramapuram Chennai) and I'm not able to raise a ticket

    @Tonystark_in @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network now. Waste of spending money. Better port out bro, Both Jio & Airtel are best. Bsnl only calls, data you wont get even proper 3G. I have bsnl sim and live in chennai. Bought 4G sim before 2 years, till date 4G is not launched.

    @ViCustomerCare Swarnali - kindly let me know abt how to convert number into Vodafone brand from existing Idea brand which is the reason for most of the issues, as discussed and informed by ur team over call during testing as call connectivity issues persisting ? @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Your are not at all taking it on priority and not even putting an effort to resolve my concern. You don't bother to look into the concern. @airtelindia please help me with your plans so that I can move into Airtel as soon possible

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I'm using vodafon postpaid no. since 11 years and haven't switched to another network even though facing the worst network around but I'm so sad to get harassed by you guys.. I've been wrongly charged since 3 months. You guys are thugs. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare @aakkaatiOffl Tamilnadu is neglected by #vi without providing, 4g indoor coverage or Vowifi. There is no update or timeline for the service. Volte not working. Nothing in this network. எப்பொழுது தான் சரியகுமோ??!!
