Dear @VodafoneIN Why is it that when ever I make a call, the 4G sign disappears and becomes no network It’s happening in navi Mumbai also call failing ratio is on higher side and your 4G is work like a 2G Are you ok ?@DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Unable to send and recieve SMS from last 2 days... how pathetic can services be, Vi is definitely an example... they are unable to provide basic SMS sevices... Call drops very frequent, low network signals, etc... Very pathetic experience...
