Support keeps saying, “Tomorrow.” There’s a Vi Mini Store next to my house but they can’t issue it. If you can’t deliver, stop selling SIMs online with false promises. 😡

Even you social media team is not fully equipped to resolve issue, your KYC team is worst as well
