If you have a Vi connection and travel domestically you better be sure to have an alternate connection. In Cochin for 10 days, no network @ViCustomerCare wont issue a new sim unless you carry your passport. 👏🏽Worst network ever.

@ViCustomerCare have requested for a replacement sim card for 5 days at VI care centre in Jabalpur... But they are unable to arrange. Please get this resolved as the phone is not working since 12-August

@ViCustomerCare why am i getting 2 calls everyday from Vodafone customer care, i am not picking up the calls since last 3 days but all they want to offer on calls is increase my plan by 100 rupees and what you are giving in return is of no use to me, do you want me to PORT OUT???
