What should i do @ViCustomerCare ? I can't even get high speed after paying full amount. Whenever i say i have problems with your internet you just close my complaint without any proper resolution. Solve it or am gonna recharge my Jio number. Pathetic service.

All this had wasted my time. My money.And still iam using 3G sim. This is so much irritating. At first i thought not to raise complaint as idont want to put that executive in risk but then they will fool people just to increase there sales number. @Vodafone_Ind @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Worst services. 8/10 hours no network. Problem after merge of Vodafone and Idea. Best towers closed and worst towers active. Commitments by customer care are no kept. I think technical team and back end team is not available. I will not recommend anyone to opt VI.
