    @ViCustomerCare I've already escalated to Appellate Authority & I'll get it resolved by myself. Coz I know that customer service executives are of no use. Have been behind them since almost 10 days

    @ViCustomerCare Haven't seen such a pathetic customer service. Requested to migrate from #Postpaid to #Prepaid on 11/08/21. Cleared the OS dues & paid for recharge as well. But no update yet. Tired following up with CS. New billing cycle started & I'm not paying anything now
