@ViCustomerCare My mobile number was working on 30th april but right now it's not and it's been registered to someone else in these 4 days. Really pathetic and the sole reason i am porting every VI SIM card in my household to other providers. Thanks for the pathetic service!

@ViCustomerCare says binge watch from 00:00 am to 6 am absolutely free with a particular prepaid plan but the speed is reduced to 2g. Appalling service... no wonder you almost closed.

The Dark Truth about Vi @ViCustomerCare is They say they provide unlimited Internet, but they just shut down internet at midnight 12 and probably start again at 6AM, the good thing my recharge is over by tomorrow Time to Port Seriously Tired of their Customer Service No Solution

@ViCustomerCare yes, VoLTE is displayed when I get signal from the tower and of course only when there is power in the area. My concern is when there is no power, the tower is not functioning at all.
