    Dear @ViCustomerCare I migrate my prepaid to postpaid on 10th December, I given all the required documents my sim got activated after 2 days sim connection suspended, I tried to reach customer care within 1 day sim activated again. Very next day service suspended.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Need an update on complaint number 4-126452654720. The due date for the complaint was 03rd January 22. I was told that there would be an engineer visit and improvement in the DATA & CALL Network. NO IMPROVEMENT YET IN THE NETWORK. What is Vi doing about it??

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI It's really not good with your service. I buy the sim1 month ago and I am still struggling to operate it. It's not even giving call on 59059. I have already invested my 500/- in it. Either you refund my amount or activate the sim. Number is 9167684001.

    @ViCustomerCare Do not buy the Vodafone sim . I have been struggling with sim for almost 1 month. I have already paid 500 bugs as initial payment. Number is 9167684001. Called on customer care as well. They are playing smartly that we can give information for another state's number.

    @ViCustomerCare one of my cousin sister visited to customer care of lahurabir Varanasi to convert her postpaid sim in to prepaid they totally deny to convert.Staff whose name is Kaushlendra his behaviour was very rude and using abusive language while talking with her.
