The customer agent is blatantly saying it will happen in future if 9 months after the network issue isn't rectified sorry there is no work to be done in future ur time is up . #trai

    @ViCustomerCare My concern is still unresolved. Please resolve it I'm your genuine customer which wanna restart the VI service again. I'm waiting for the same since April 2020

    @ViCustomerCare Lulz, I didn't get any call - and if you couldn't get through, it means your network also sucks. Also, the supervisor I spoke with at ~ 2pm was to call back in *one hour*, not EOD.

    Worst network operator is @Airtel_Presence Congratulations! Complaint request closed even without resolving after a week! Your competitors @ViCustomerCare is so much better! Regret porting my sim!
