    @ViCustomerCare I have not reported about network coverage. I have reported that after availability of full 5g network in mobile and unlimited 5g recharge in sim why data deducted and then explain what is meaning of unlimited 5G. In name of 5G network VI totally looting customers.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI I have been trying to change postpaid Vi sim to prepaid for my 86 year old ailing father for last 3 months. Either they ask me to bring my father to Vi Store who can't even walk or send a link to apply who never works. Can someone help here??🥺🙏🏽
