@ViCustomerCare just visited ur gallery for sim replacement ... showed him my aadhar card and my phn number. asked him which recharge is on in my phn... the gallery prsn told mee to purchase new sim directly and didn't tell me anything about the recharge.. .. worst service

@ViCustomerCare Please beaware of fraud of VI they will not give you data delight whis is 2gb every month,my registered number is 8291411762, even after calling customer care they behave rude and one girl yesterday said me she is blocking my calls and blocked my calls!

@ViCustomerCare Pls don't be bothered to make any more calls or DM's as be it Old technology phone or the latest 5G enabled phone, an old sim or 4G enabled SIM all face network issue in this vicinity of Sus road, Pashan frequently not always... Thank You for the torture till date
