  @DoT_India Hi, I have an email thread of 61 emails with @ViCustomerCare to resolve my issue. Today they said i need to go to Maharashtra to get my sim activated. I'm based in Gurgaon. After two months of daily calls this is the rubbish resolution. Could you please help and look into this?

  @ViCustomerCare customer executive Hrikant and allowing to talk to the available team leader. The customer care team is very rude they are not giving any solution for my query. They put on hold for 10 to 15 mins it's being 30mins call but no resolution.

  @ViCustomerCare I don't understand what happened to the network in my area. There is no coverage since yesterday's morning. This is a frequent issue over here. Fix it or we have to switch to different operators. Location - Sukma, Chhattisgarh. Pin - 494111
