    @rmstakkar Sir I found #VI is misleading customers through its App. I have found some issues with VI App - related to providing basic user friendly Service through its App. Few months back I contacted CS team but issue still not sorted out. @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I have port in from @Airtel_Presence to Vodafone(postpaid) but now I am not able to convert it to prepaid connection. Earlier I have postpaid connection. customer care I was told that it will get changed but now gallerywala is saying to wait 3 months

    @ViCustomerCare I ordered prepaid sim twice from the website. Both of the times, I got a call from executive saying "Order is not opening", and asked me to convert to Postpaid. When I said no, they cancelled the order. ****** service
