@ViCustomerCare seems all this delay in conversion from post to pre-paid is to bill the customer for the delay at your end, quite the defrauding. And the staff at you kiosk at GreenParkMarket,Delhi is doing me a big favour apparently.

@ViCustomerCare I have been facing issue with network coverage after I reissued sim card, frequently call drops and voice breaking occurs wherever I switch on mobile network it takes time to get volte 4g connection despite network coverage which shows full.

@ViCustomerCare I wrote to your customer care idea about the incident and asked for help to curb this menace. I got a childish reply from Vi CC agent Mr. Umashankar to block the nos. and take legal action. But nothing on what VodafoneIdea would be doing to help.
