The IVR only plays automated messages and provides no straightforward way to reach a representative and discuss the issue.

Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.
