@ViCustomerCare I had Post paid 9702249434, switched to Prepaid on 27 Feb settled dues, custcare called and assured spl plan, then backed out, then Prepaid activated 3rd March. I still receive a bill for postpaid. 199 can't help. Whom to contact.

@satviikk @ViCustomerCare Yes, my both mobile numbers are of Vodafone including alternate number. Still they are tweeting as my number is not reachable. For this they themselves should investigate why Vodafone numbers are not reachable. Worst service. Prior one year it was superb. But now it’s worst.

@ViCustomerCare Oh is it! Then why does your pack says 2 days validity for ₹ 19 and 14 days validity for ₹ 39 if it has No Service validity? Pardon my ignorance but either I’m unable to understand this or these packs are senseless. Let me know your thoughts!

@ViCustomerCare I just got a message out of nowhere that my plan has been changed. Called customer service, he was unable to check, asked to call later. Chatted with an agent for long and she kept checking without resolution and ended, on another chat now. #UnbelievableVi

@ViCustomerCare Pages dont load google apps like Google drive and youtube have trouble connecting. Can't log into a device and games have a high ping of 1000ms. twitter dosent load either. So please fix the network configuration. All this happening on multiple Vi sims.
