@AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare U are the parent company to vi and your company isn't providing proper service so it's your failure one of the big name birla family fails to provide telecom service. It's all your responsibility to monitor this nd solve the problem.

@ViCustomerCare VI is not providing direct answers & beating about the bush. For 5 days bill cycle adjustment, how can you charge me 1 month? Atrocious! You accept in email, this is mismatch, but not providing revised amount. Time to escalate beyond VI! Lost hopes of getting a fair resolution.
