    My Opinion - If Coverage is good in Vi they are excellent in customer service & internet speed. I used to consume 300+ GB in @ViCustomerCare which dropped to approx 90 GB in @Airtel_Presence The worst part - No ownership on Complaints & Customer Service

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Pathetic & worst service experience. I purchased new SIM & provided all documents. Card activated on same day. Since Sunday it’s inactive stating physical verification pending. I’m following up pillar&post with no help. Complaint # C004 141358086602

    @ViCustomerCare You network is not in my village is poor but before 3/4 years your network is available on airtel tower but due to temporary shutdown of Airtel you remove your equipment from that airtel tower but now Airtel tower is restored 1 year ago please you also put network equipment on it

    @ViCustomerCare Got a call from you and said that the problem has been fixed. But in fact there is no difference in the network, still the network continues to fluctuate. You tell us what to do in such circumstances.
