    @ViCustomerCare This is unacceptable for a customer who has beenwith the network for over 10 years. CC is giving up instead of actively trying to resolve the problem,keep sending the same process documents repeatedly and asking to recharge multiple times with different plans, without solution.

    @ViCustomerCare worst network connection, unable to use internet vi5g not even 4g and call as well in patna(capital), called many times to customer care about this but not any action taken by vi... very disappointing.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, the issue is arising again as I have received a message and replied on that as it is not working today also, whereas when I was in Kalyan it was working well and our area only has problem it, maybe you need to check again

    @ViCustomerCare Today is 24 december the date of issue solve as mentioned of my slow speed internet. But you know what my internet speed is getting worse and you guys are doing nothing. Worst network, worst customer care 👎

    @ViCustomerCare My primary VI SIM has been completely down for 2 days. No service, “Vi India couldn’t connect”, tried all troubleshooting & even tested it on another phone. Why should customers run to stores every time? Please arrange immediate SIM replacement or doorstep support

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Anjali,this happened couple of times that complaint is closed even though ur network engineer who visited said that issue exists.this is pathetic.u can call me to discuss more and solve the issue
