    @ViCustomerCare Hi its Jitendra. I m using vi network having no-8763901784 from past seven days network is very poor for which complaint also registered but still there is no resolution from VI & customer representative also not supporting. Shall I change the network?

    @ViCustomerCare you guys charge for caller tune why other network provider provides these facilities for free. This is not a way to clear your debts, which are still pending. Shame on you guys.

    @ViCustomerCare Everyday I receive the same answer from anyone of you and I also know the next step you take. I get a call from an executive from VI, they don't even know what the problem is, they ask about the issue, then they give me a hope that it'll be solved ASAP and then do nothing. Shame.
