    @VodafoneIN @Idea Dear idea One idea can change life, your Vodafone idea also changing life's, The location where I living getting signel 3G not working like 1G, Internet speed never cross 100kbps. From couple of days voice call lasting 10sec and not connecting.................

    “5 days passed after ordering Vi SIM online. Even after complaint and 72-hour assurance, still no delivery, no update, no response. Very poor customer service and complete waste of customer time. Please solve this immediately @ViCustomerCare

    I am getting very poor service from VI Company on your network and I have to roam on your network from Mumbai to Virar. Is this bad? You are giving very poor service to the customers. This needs to change. Customers need a better service.@ViCustomerCare

    Vi Thinks I don't know to read English @ViCustomerCare I cancelled auto renewal of Amazon Prime and they cancelled paid service valid till 07 Jan 2027. When I cancelled auto renewal it clearly showed the plan will be valid for paid validity and auto renewal will not happen.

    7 days & no SIM delivery? Taking payment &;then claiming "no rider" is a scam against Indian consumers. CEO #AbhijitKishore is dis ur vision fr Vi? I offered to travel to nearest for pickup but got zero help. ur system has failed. I want SIM today @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, I have made a payment for new sim order and it was supposed to be delivered but still no update recieved and i have no track records. What a pathetic service. @TRAI @ViCustomerCare please help here
