@ViCustomerCare I had initiated cancellation of SIM. It was done through one of the branches in my city. Your reps kept calling and asked why I wanted to cancel. Despite giving reasons they didnt not initiate it. Now they are charging me for it. I haven't even used the services.

@ViCustomerCare The process of changing support agent has begun. I will have to go through series of different support agents who are going to tell me they have sent it to the "concerned team". And will resolve soon. I was told this will be resolved before the week ends
