    @ViCustomerCare There is a major network problem in my area. It is worst on sat and sun. When we call your customer care team gives 3 days every time to solve the prob. Should i port or you will solve it...

    @ViCustomerCare Your social media too is useless. Doesn't admit that it is wrong to keep making retention calls to a customer who has already confirmed multiple times that he wants to port. Dear @airtelindia pls jaldi port karwa lo. Need to get free from the clutches of Vi.
