    @VodafoneIN @Idea Dear idea One idea can change life, your Vodafone idea also changing life's, The location where I living getting signel 3G not working like 1G, Internet speed never cross 100kbps. From couple of days voice call lasting 10sec and not connecting.................

    @ViCustomerCare my no. 7428365552 network not available on my no. Since 20 Aug 2021 and I'm getting bills for this. Also registered for service restoration on vi applications but issue isn't resolved yet. Why you are getting charged if u didn't used.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 not only do you’ll have terrible network issues but absolutely disappointing customer service. Installed my new sim and it doesn’t work, it’s been 12 hours and customer care refuses to help on grounds of lack of documentation aftr submitting everythin

    @ViCustomerCare I have already shared detail mail to Aapellate team however no action yet. I have purchased postpaid connection from your website which is yet not activated even after 6 days of time. This is really Poor and Lethargic approach of Customer Service team.!

    @ViCustomerCare Not getting network on my postpaid no. 7428365552 since 20 Aug 2021 and getting bill for same. We raised concern for same on your vi applications on 1 Sep 2021 but stil isn't resolved yet. Today I received bill for this duration. Getting isue Since I got my vi sim
