  @ViCustomerCare Very poor Customer Support at 199. Just cannot speak to the rep on IVR to lodge complaint about DND not working. Have already complained many times on Vi App. No result. Vi is deliberately allowing Spam because it earns money even if customers are disturbed.

  @ViCustomerCare you seem to have stopped caring for your customer completely. I have full DND registered. But getting marketing calls from Vi everyday. I had raised 2 complaints also (102124057789) and (102186477071) but no luck. So I am quitting Vi
