    @varund @ViCustomerCare All the tecom operator uses 198 as their Customer service no. Including Jio. It depends from which operator you are calling.

    @atulkarmarkar @ViCustomerCare I had the same experience with @Airtel_Presence. After multiple escalations, they determined all (every single one of them) spam messages as "service in nature". I just gave up on it after. Stopped reporting it.

    @ViCustomerCare i want to convert my postpaid number to prepaid, but vi store guy asking to pay 100rs extra then 99 activation charges plus 270 recharge. If this i have to pay after all the problems, I'm going to port out.
