    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @rmstakkar My number is 9953722786 I am on international travel & have been wrongly charged ₹1680 for receiving calls in Jan’22. I tried taking Vi CustomerCare help but they keep repeating that this is correct and not raised even complaint

    @ViCustomerCare don't believe on Vi can't keep his word.when i choose to port out my vi then i get a callback from coustomer care and they promise me to give free caller tune service in my mobile number now when i call to the coustomer care today they just deny this.

    @TRAI telecom operators are looting customers in d name of limited service validity talktime plans where all d balance goes away if not recharged @ViCustomerCare is one of them. They also have only 1 plan of 30 days to escape the guidelines of TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I paid for a Data Pack Recharge which didn't get activated. Reply from Ms.Samdeen was money'll be refunded in 3-7 days, but i need the pack right now. Please Help me out.

    @ViCustomerCare Awaiting for response. Please let me know what action have you taken to correct the current billl and to ensure these false charges are not imposed again in any bill. As I said I don’t use the number while travelling neither I receive nor I cancel the call.

    @ViCustomerCare Please resolve network issue in my area. Complaint No 113273101653. If you are not able to provide proper network at such a prime location, don't claim to be a fastest 4G network. @TRAI Why don't you penalise them if they are not providing network which is basic.
