    @ViCustomerCare Today I went to vodafone krishna nagar delhi branch to complaint about network but all staff behaving like gangster they told me do anything they will not take my complaint there is one girl Nikita she is shouting on me and store manager akash also threatn me

    Pressed *123# from VI to check the balance, as it is the usual no in different networks. Immediately, got SMS 'Jokes Pack activated and 30 RS deducted'. Got refund after spending 8 minutes on customer care call. But, still it is cheating. Be aware of it @ViCustomerCare #VI

    @ViCustomerCare hey is your customer care on strike or shut down. Still my issue not resolved from 2 months. Even SBI is even faster than you. Atleast tell na that you cant resolve the issue rather than just ignoring.
