    @Devinder_Sharma @ViCustomerCare To get get better service, we choose services of private sector, agree to abandon government service provider and also paid high price. But unfortunately, the private sector turned out to be worse. i wonder whether v will ever b able 2 fix basic infrastructure facilities in India

    I have complained about the same but didn't get the pleasing response from Vi. So it's time to port this Vi sim to another network provider. I have realised that i have made a big mistake buying a Vi connection. Disgusting. @ViCustomerCare
