    Pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare I did not recharge my sim card for couple of weeks and they have suspended my incoming call service, I have not been getting any calls and missed all important calls.

    @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare no use of customer support from @ViCustomerCare just a robotic reply. Idea Broadband duped lot of customers with deposit.

    @ViCustomerCare facing network switch automatically many times. 4G coverage under home is very low. In window or outside home very fast 4G but in home switching to 3G many times. Please Solve my issue.

    @ViCustomerCare why I am not getting VOLTE signal irrespective of VOLTE supported handset. Just port-in in Vi family and now regretting why I left airtel. Pathetic service.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm not getting internet access at my loaction last 12hours & facing call drop issues for last 2 week. For last 2 months I'm facing network fluctuations and Vi India is unable to resolve my problem. IF do not solve this issue, porting to @reliancejio/@airtelindia

    All customer communication from the company is only done from the SMS ID ‘ViCARE’. Any SMS being acted upon which is not originating from ‘ViCARE’ is strictly not advisable. #vi @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN_News #Vodafone #VodafoneIdea
