    Great Customer support from @ViCustomerCare yesterday i have raised a complaint and today i got message as your complaint has been resolved but don't know how they feel like they solved my issue. They actually didn't solve my issue. I'm still facing the issue. Please don't cheat.

    @ViCustomerCare Please note that the network at Marine Drive. D road opp. Wankhede stadium. is very bad since few days. I had mentioned few months back and it improved. Now again it's gone down. Please check the same urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare After frustrating support from Vi,I HAVE DECIDED TO END MY 12 YEARS OF ASSOCIATION WITH VODAFONE.There is NO network at my place since 14th Sep.Suddenly network disappears which was there for 12 years.Mumbai Applette team gives nonsense reverts. No one providing escalation matrix
