    @ViCustomerCare First improve your costumer support then prompote. Wasted one hour in trying to reach costumer support. Tried VI app, VI Care on whatsapp and called 199 nothing worked.

    @ViCustomerCare Really Raaj, u're telling me I've nothing to worry about when I've got no response from VI let alone resolution to my complaint in the last 18+ days'.     @rjraimau @ViCustomerCare Every operator invests for their customers except VI. JIO has 100% investment in 4g, no 2g or 3g business. Choosing JIO will increase customer base & it encourages them for investments. You can visit JIO store and ask for support before port out.

    @ViCustomerCare issue with my data since 2 days. I raised ticket on 24th and got call on 25th which i disconnected as was driving. Thn thr was no call technical team. If u can call 10 times for promotion thn why cant u call atleast 2nd time to resolve issue. 9702797000
