    @VodafoneIN My query regarding the closure of the acc has not been answered n pl let me know as to why the acc has not been closed n when a customer wants to close the acc he has to visit the store several times n still the problem is not solved. The complaint is not closed from my side

    @VodafoneIN Kindly note that the instructions for closure of acc was given in October nfterbpaying the dues. Even after two months u r calling me to inform that the acc has not been closed n is inactive. I m being harassed for closing the acc n pathetic service u r providing
