On 28sept I had raised a complain about network issues I was promised a resolution by 1oct6PM @VodafoneIN gave themselves 30days time without consulting with me. Somewhere in between the complain was closed without informing me and yesterday a new complain was raised

I’m kinda happy that @VodafoneIN might stop operating in India soon. No more spam calls for shitty caller tunes, fewer spam messages; I’m smiling a little more each day. Now if @HDFCBank_Cares would shut down too, I’d never have to abuse their dumbass card salespeople.

I am paying for apologies and complaint numbers every month and still @VodafoneIN are suspending my number whenever they want and blaming me for requesting so at a time when I was 35KM away from my phone. Mera naam kanoon nahi hai jo mere haath itne lambe honge yaar

@VodafoneIN special offer !!! 299 plan 30GB data that you can never use because their Network sucks !! Plus bonus a brand new complaint number every month which does nothing to improve the quality of the network. If you complaint about it they will suspend your number.

@VodafoneIN you cannot force me to pay for your expensive plan that I don't need and not provide network to use it and suspend my services if I complaint about it. You cannot get away with this. I am on a hunger strike till all my issues are resolved to my satisfaction.

@VodafoneIN 1 month 3 days...how much pathetic can you get in customer service. Caller tune is still not disabled.Just spoke to one chat agent, a service ticket was raised and closed immediately with no resolution.

I am porting from @VodafoneIN to another service provider,Javed at Churchgate , Mumbai vodafone store says there is no process to adjust deposit amount against last bill. Neither u can raise address change request now as I have recently shifted.cheque goes return to @VodafoneIN

@makerofdestiny @VodafoneIN Sad.. I also have a Jiyo sim but use it' only when I am traveling.. I would never use #Vodafone even if I got it free.. Before Jiyo they ripped my ass with high tariffs.

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare I've paid for 4G and getting 3G network for more than a week. Why this happening? In 3G mode even lite version apps don't get opened. Is this "Giganet super fast service"? Just explain, as I am disappointed by VI services.
