Literally no network in Kandivali West Supposed to attend con calls and there's no network since morning. Atleast should have informed the customers about the network issue that we might face today, so would have made alternate arrangements. @ViCustomerCare

Strange problem being faced by @VodafoneIN consumers of #Mumbai Circle whenever they call @airtelindia consumers of #Maharashtra circle. Call hardly connects. Even if connects, voice can't be heard. Airtel guy has to call back to Vodafone guy to talk normally.. mischief? @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare how pathetic your network is turning out to be with each passing day. Why don’t you do something about it? None of my contacts are able to reach me, somehow if do get calls we can barely hear each other before your call fails. Fedup raising complaints #pathetic

This problem is faced by all my colleagues. Feels like everyday problem. Now we are resorting to WhatsApp calls to call Airtel Network of MH Circle. This issue should be resolved by both parties immediately for the sake of better consumer service. @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN
