    @ViCustomerCare your team is least bothered to deal with customer concern, but don’t forget you all are their because of customer, you are nothing without customers. Now i am preparing legal notice to take action against deficiencies in services and charging full line rental.

    @ViCustomerCare you have failed to address customer concern, you have assured that you deal with it,you are charging same line rental for compromise services, now i have no option but to take legal advise to claim the compensation for many important call drop and disconnection.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I have been receiving multiple calls from 911 400954496 just to remind me to recharge my plan. It's so frustrating at times to attend such pathetic calls. We know when to recharge or else will stop using service. @DoT_India pls take action.

    @ViCustomerCare The concern is already mentioned in first tweet. Why do i have to recharge above 125 to get outgoing SMS ? As simple as that. If it os not the case, Suggest me a recharge pack so i will get outgoing sms service.

    @ViCustomerCare Maybe you can stop sending useless canned replies on DM and actually read the DM to act upon. Your team have officially communicated to customer from last 15 years that the area (Part of Virar) is no longer covered by #VI.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI inspite of having validity recharge and bal in account. I am Unable to send SMS. This is new way of increasing ARP per customer. Inspite of having regulatory on them no one is bother to check it. End of the day common people are loosing savings in pandemic

    @airtelindia my sim card is in the name of my father but due to his demises I want to transfer ownership of sim card in to my name I have went to nearest airtel store. They are asking to convert it into postpaid. So I would like to Port it in to other network i.e @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare palak from VI media team have taken liberty to informed me that VI can’t enhance the network in my area of complain, after 13 year with Vodafone,i have no choice but to port to Jio, Airtel,i feel Palak needs further training to attend the customer.

    @VodafoneIN Rem. 91: Your network is 0.03 Mbps at Balaji Appts Upkar Colony, Delhi-84. Complained repeatedly & got the SIMs recharged several times but it vain. Why should one recharge if network is not available ? 9210365089, 8586861991, 8178082002.

    Seems to be some kind of strategy here: Charge the customer in advance, provide poor service, not resolve complaint, then allow the dispute to run for 3 weeks, hoping that everyone forgets. Bye bye Vi. @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1
