    @ViCustomerCare Still resolution provided. Cmon Guys, just receiving calls from Social Media team, but no respite. Why do you forcibly impose plans to post paid customers which are not needed & not keep ur commitments. Pre-paid plans are much cheaper

    4/6 On insisting @GooglePay torture support to provide this details on email so i can forward to @ViCustomerCare they refused saying they can't provide email. On asking torture support to provide a competent authority for escalating issue they said they can't provide that too.

    5/6 At last @GooglePay torture chat support asked to contact bank i.e @ICICIBank_Care as @ViCustomerCare has not received payment and as per Gpay payment is successful. Right now I am a ball in "pass the ball" game where i am being handed from one player to another.

    @ViCustomerCare If your pack is truly unlimited, then why it asks fo recharge again. But with my Jio Sim, I was able to call that customer care number without any problem. Your customer support says that the called number is a chargeable number, so the call was not going,

    @ViCustomerCare See DM. Concern:I have an active pack. It is truly unlimited. But when I called a customer care number of Max Life Insurance (18601205577) from my VI mobile number, the call was rejected with message "You have insufficient balance for this call, please recharge immediately".
