    @TRAI @VodafoneIN don’t tell this, last week also I have experienced same issue. In Lavasa to New Delhi, whenever I have, this is same worst service! Sick of Vodafone services in India.

    @ViCustomerCare and next day when I checked the balance I called to customer care they replied it can't be reversed coz 24 hours have lapsed. Now please tell me where I am at fault for this. VI stole my balance and then said it can't be refunded after 24 hours.
