@VodafoneIN Dear @VodafoneIN ..I think you should give proper training to customer service agents like Ashwini or Aishwarya as she was totally illogical in her conversation and when I requested the call to be escalated she had the audacity to disconnect the call. Check recording.

@Idea @VodafoneIN We requested for Porting from postpaid to prepaid on 28 September.On 1 Oct 2020 our postpaid number was deactivated and we used new sim for prepaid and tried reaching 59059 for activation but call is not getting connected and no Network.Urgent Genuine Advise.

@VodafoneIN Hi, I gave a complain about network in my area. It was closed without even asking my feedback. The network team didn't even visit the locations I complained about and determined them selves that the issue is not there. But in fact the service is still bad.
