    @ViCustomerCare Guys, you're only showing the higher plans in your app and not the lower plans. I wish to downgrade my plan due to bad service and low usage. Send me urgently the plans lower than 399. @TRAI customers are forced to opt ONLY for higher plans from the app.

    @ViCustomerCare Since one year everytime when our area people complains, your giving excuse as capacity will be enhanced in three months but nothing done yet. Can we have productive action in this regard, what is the point of 4G or 5G Without having single signal. I will DM again the contact

    @VodafoneIN , your network working so worst nowadays. Really network is not coming in home in Andheri east. Now I'm feeling to change the provider because it's working bad from last few months.
