Cust care basically tell me you've authorised it so we can't do anything. After 20+ years on @ViCustomerCare I think it's finally time to move on, poor to almost no network or data coverage at home and now this. Which service provider can I switch to? Suggestions please.

@ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare I as a customer have got Over draft policy from a debt ridden company without any concent or mandate or verification. And they sent me bill consuming that Over draft Limit. Who asked for Over Draft Limit from a telecom company??

Highlight of the day, getting scammed by @ViCustomerCare into buying an overpriced plan when a plan that better suited me was available, can't even cancel and move to another plan, as the customer care agent didn't bother informing cancelation charges are double the plan itself.

@ViCustomerCare I had activated DND since I was on international roaming. But @ViCustomerCare team used to call me for all service promotions though my sim was in DND. And now the current total bill amount is huge. I want you to investigate and let me know the final decision

@ViCustomerCare I am facing signal drop issue in my area. I have recently switched to Vi but I noticed frequent signal drop. The Vi and Airtel shares same tower but signal strength of Vi is very low and fluctuate frequently. I hope team will resolve it as soon as possible.
