    @ViCustomerCare Very bad and poor quality customer support they didn't know how to talk to a customer they were very rude to me I want to tell every vi customer please leave the vi .. network now they are fraud.they are always not able to resolve customer support.

    Great start with @ViCustomerCare! Ported my SIM yesterday and it's already a nightmare. Verification line keeps cutting off, and there's ZERO support for new customers. Regretting my decision to switch to Vi already. Resolve my issue immediately or I'm moving back! @ViNews #Vi
