    @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare Vi an useless company just extending dates but no resolution even after 17 days.Just go to hell. You don't even desrve to exist. Is not your level, capability to even reach bsnl. Third class network with third class support staff.Dishusting people.

    @ViCustomerCare thanks for such a worst customer service experience at barrackpore vi store. Being a 25 years old customer of vi it feels useless for having using vi. Porting to @JioCare very soon.

    @ViCustomerCare hi. Why does my 4G disappear when I make a normal voice call? I'm unable to search the web unless I'm connected to Wifi while on a regular voice call. Most of the times calls also don't connect. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare He abused me in filthy language he told me that he is from customer care service @VodafoneGroup plz search the number and person who threaten me and abusing in filthy language it is ur duty to take actions against that person as per true caller number is from Vodaphone customer

    @ViCustomerCare You are basically not helping in anyway. You are just deducting money based on services which the customer is not even aware of. Moreover, blacklisting or stopping the services is also not helping to stop deducting money from account.

    .@ViCustomerCare I escalated my issues of no signal at my house in January of this year. The technician visited, realised there was no signal, and said it will be solved in 2 weeks. It has now been 9 months, and still no solution.
