    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @AdityaBirlaGrp Guess WHAT, the new SIM also does not work, there is no network found. Moreover the Social MEDIA Team calls up and says that the issue is RESOLVED, seems the connectivity amongst VI is Broken internally also. #CanItGetWorse

    @ViCustomerCare worst ever customer care. During the call itself they will disconnect. Even after advance payment lines are not activated, citing crossed credit limit. Soon will be shift to a new service provider. No wonder your subscribers are reducing.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @AdityaBirlaGrp Got a call yesterday evening from the same guy from escalation. Was told to pick up another sim from the store as the issued sim had some problem and confirmed the new sim is activated. Went to store today to collect the new sim ( 4 visits now and more than 240 hours or 10 days)
