@ViCustomerCare Even 4g services are available I get 2g . Raised complaint there is no resolution. What’s the use of giving data which you cannot use. There is no effort to improve services. Last resort have to port.

@RohanJoshi_UK07 @ViCustomerCare @TRAI They solved the issue for me within a day. And they even did a refund which I didn’t expect to happen. I just recharged an extra 100 and used it to recharge my unlimited plan to stay safe from these unnecessary charges.

@ViCustomerCare What is this behavior? I have been using Vodafone for the last 10 years at Kolkata and suddenly my connection is cut off without any prior notice or reason? I have sent two mails to the customer care number at Kolkata but they haven't replied. This is not done.

@ViCustomerCare ,I am facing issues with my voice in my phone. Sometimes when I am at home, I am getting calls, but unable to hear voice. Sometimes I am able to get voice. But while I am on whatsapp calls, I dont see any issue.
