    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service by Vodafone no network maximum time in jammu & Kashmir there is no use to convert prepaid to postpaid waist of money while shift to prepaid to postpaid there is 300/-rs charges by gallery and no use it's horrible

    @ViCustomerCare The issue of network connectivity in a prime location like CR Park has still not been resolved even after 7 days from highlighting the same. Can we at all expect a resolution or do we need to port the number to other service providers?

    @CNBCTV18Live @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare I hv lodged a complaint of fraud/ cheating by Vi thru email dated 28th Oct 22 giving all proofs but Vi has not responded yet to my email. No response on call to customer care. They just ask to DM my no.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve port my no to Vi last month. Since then I m facing problem with incoming calls. When anyone calls me they receive a message that dialled no is out of coverage area. I’ve raised complaints several times, the latest one is : V01101070439. Outgoing works fine.
