    @ViCustomerCare Even 4g services are available I get 2g . Raised complaint there is no resolution. What’s the use of giving data which you cannot use. There is no effort to improve services. Last resort have to port.

    @VodafoneIN No network since last 2days, even your Bts just 50mtrs. Away from house called customer care but no proper response. Anyway now i am porting to other provider, BYE BYE Voda

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Sir I too am facing similar problem from Vi. Since 21st October 2021 my outgoing SMS are barred though I have unlimited recharge, correct SMSC number and replaced the SIM too. I can't do my banking on mobile, lost business and can't even port out.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear customer care...My mother is using a number your VI number ..and every time she is recharging Rs.99/- deducting towards caller tune.. a senior citizen who is using the number in a small and non Smart phone...still they are deducting amount in that poor lady.

    @ViCustomerCare Calling me everyday as just saying allow us 24h or 48h, I guess you should close down or partner up with Airtel. Your advisor stated no supervisor or manager available to transfer call all they can do is raise call back wherein cases are being just pushed away max,

    @ViCustomerCare vodafone network is not working properly continuously fluctuate. Some time showing 2G and sometimes 3G. 4G network not available. Address: Sanskardham society, near Anavil hall, Near Sugar factory, Gandevi-396360
