@ViCustomerCare Even 4g services are available I get 2g . Raised complaint there is no resolution. What’s the use of giving data which you cannot use. There is no effort to improve services. Last resort have to port.

They wouldn't give a new SIM and forced my mother to switch to postpaid because it's their new policy. How disgusting. Will be filing a complaint with consumer court. @ViCustomerCare I have already responded that the internet speed of Vi network is very poor and no 4G services are available in this region (Pin -770042, Tensa, Odisha). Voice over 3G is also worst.
