@ViCustomerCare Even 4g services are available I get 2g . Raised complaint there is no resolution. What’s the use of giving data which you cannot use. There is no effort to improve services. Last resort have to port.

@ViCustomerCare just last week ported into Vi. Poor network. 75% calls drop. 20% = no voice fm other end. Need to switch off/ on after every 2 calls. Regret my decision to porn in to Vodafone. Customer service is poor
