    @ViCustomerCare Even 4g services are available I get 2g . Raised complaint there is no resolution. What’s the use of giving data which you cannot use. There is no effort to improve services. Last resort have to port.

    @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare VM392593. Today is 20th day of network outage and as commited by Vi social medial team, problem will b solved permanantly by today eod.Else,will port my number to other provider as I don't have any other option.Pls act at least now.

    @ViCustomerCare, can you please stop with your cheap tactics of subscribing to VAS on our behalf and deducting money from the balance? It's annoying to call customer care twice a week and go through the headache of getting the amount reversed. This is disgusting.
