    @ViCustomerCare Even 4g services are available I get 2g . Raised complaint there is no resolution. What’s the use of giving data which you cannot use. There is no effort to improve services. Last resort have to port.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Stop fooling customers! The tower at Moti Rafudad village transmits 20+20 MHz & 20+10 MHz Carrier Aggregation. With 40MHz bandwidth, we should get 50Mbps+, but getting a pathetic 0.3 Mbps! Your tower's backhaul in Moti Rafudad is completely dead. Fix it! @TRAI

    I’m writing to report an issue with my current 56-day 4G/5G unlimited plan. I successfully used up my 300 GB data quota during the first 28 days. However, now that I have entered the next 28 days of my plan, my internet has completely stopped working. @ViCustomerCare
