    @ViCustomerCare Even 4g services are available I get 2g . Raised complaint there is no resolution. What’s the use of giving data which you cannot use. There is no effort to improve services. Last resort have to port.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm existing customer 4 last 8/9 years. Called ur CC 2 change my plan 4m postpaid 2 prepaid. He bluntly told it's not possible without going 2 store. During #COVID when even a bank account can be opened via video call, then 3 an existing customer why do I need 2 visit store? BAD

    Dear @ViCustomerCare For the last 48 hours, I have tried 199, chatting with 2 executives, couple of mails to customer care , and still My concern is still at acknowledged state. You had promised a 24 hr delivery, didnt happen. Its almost 60 hours since. There has been no contact

    @ViCustomerCare VI internet speed is sucks from past few months. In my area it's showing VoLte but speed is pathetic now even YouTube playing smooth. No wonder you are loosing customers
