    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @Idea The 4g data service here is pathetic better give good 3g or 2g service than charging for poor 4g service the internet speed is not consistent and max speed in kbs even in 4g resolve issue else jio is soon arriving here i heard

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia Ms. Simran Kaur from Dwarka Sector 11 VI store needs to be trained on handling disgruntled customers as she loses her cool with ease which doesn't help the customer at all. She was very rude and acting oversmart.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @jagograhakjago 2/2 I have tried to call many times VI customer care 199 his operator says to talk to his senior representative and transfer my call to his senior and after transfer my call has been cut .pls do needful.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't want to get the same message and words again and again. When a customer disappoints, he will broke 10-15 customers other also. Don't want to repeat the problem also. Decided to Switch to another company as your services are really appreciative. Thanks

    @SpiffyHobbes @Airtel_Presence I contacted @ViCustomerCare about getting minimum 6 nuisance calls a day. Customer care says they need ‘critical’ number of complaints to take action. Advised me to use #Truecaller or similar app. 🙄

    @ViCustomerCare How pathetic your internet speed is not even what @reliancejio has after its pack is exhausted i.e 64kbps..Vi you not aren't capable of having 64kbps even..worst service @ViCustomerCare.. Port is the best option in this case..
