    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @Idea The 4g data service here is pathetic better give good 3g or 2g service than charging for poor 4g service the internet speed is not consistent and max speed in kbs even in 4g resolve issue else jio is soon arriving here i heard

    @ViCustomerCare That is not the information you require for this issue in fact templates are being run . Your template only diverts the issue.when i have balance upto 9th june my talktime is being shown as not sufficient

    @ViCustomerCare I have not heard anything from your social media team. It has been more then a week and there is no info on my concern raised. idea store and your social media team are all same. You cannot help a customer who has been with ur company for more then 15 plus years.

    @ViCustomerCare Every time you find some balance in my account, you randomly start a VAS service and charge 30-40 rupees. I have contacted customer care and got all VAS blacklisted. Still I am getting charged. Nice way to loot the customers.
