    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @Idea The 4g data service here is pathetic better give good 3g or 2g service than charging for poor 4g service the internet speed is not consistent and max speed in kbs even in 4g resolve issue else jio is soon arriving here i heard

    @ViCustomerCare Your team contacted me twice after this tweet, they advised me to wait for 7 "bank working" days and if it's not refunded by then, send an Email with proof attached. What else you can do in this? Close your customer service department if you have no resolution ??

    @ViCustomerCare Do you just have to rob your customers on Ganesh Chaturthi, just today for 14 days you have not been able to give network in our area, half a month has passed like this, how many times have you complained but this is your service which has not been fixed yet.

    I advised my wife to switch from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia for better connectivity. In hindsight it was a mistake. Yesterday morning I got a SMS with a pin for activation. My wife tried to dial but it said not registered on network @Airtel_Presence
