  @ViCustomerCare I am not able to send SMS while I just recharged with 79 rupees ..also you have increased price of same plan by 30 rupees in one month ..last month same plan was in 49. Pathetic service and high plan rates

I pay for an international roaming service and don't understand who is calling-if i pick up call to find caller & get charged for that too

  @ViCustomerCare Dear Team Not able to call any customer care number from today morning trying to contact customer care people and also chat on Vodafone app but problem not resolved. Whenever call customer care the system is down and no solution given by call center executive.

  @JioCare Thank You, Bt I'd still like to give them a chance. Their service has been gud so far and I have experienced it. Their maximum downloading speed was 50mbps in rural area. This has been a problem for past 3-4 months, And I know they'll fix it. @ViCustomerCare Don't let me down.🤞

  @ViCustomerCare @DisneyPlusHS I filled my complain regarding my net problem before 5 months in idea customer care center my complain has not been solved yet .whenever I called customer agent he/she always said it's is your location area network issue , but how much time you need to solved my problem??

  @ViCustomerCare Hi, how to activate International Roaming for prepaid number when already outside India? No network on number, myvi login asks for OTP, which can’t be received. Thanks.
