    @ViCustomerCare, we are in India & my wife's number is not working, other network told us that VI blocked your number due unpaid amount, we paid the balance amount and now you are saying that we need to pay 7500 to get our number back, is it legal? @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw #Shame

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Sir, the same process of apologies and delays again happening. 4 days no calls from Vodafone care. I only get to hear that they escalated the issue. continuously getting emails of outstanding amount. Either stop those emails or resolve issue earliest @VodafoneGroup

Since bill now generated and you applied rocket high charges of international internet uses even after i already taken international roaming pack. plz waive off those un reasonable charges you applied for international internet fee unnecessarily

    @ViCustomerCare I’m severely facing an issue. Firstly it takes a lot of time for call to connect, then after a minute of conversation the call goes black and gets disconnected.
