Why is the service for existing customers always so much worse than a potential/new one? Getting a new sim - you can start using it in minutes Whereas for these issues - hours/days long wait.

You don't go to your relatives house living in semi urban area in mountain with this network, vi can't have 2g for regions in jk . Just asking they are saying vi mein sabko sabh milega,they are the first launching priority service
