Finally decided to port to Jio from @VodafoneGroup and now they care about the network issues I’ve been having for the last 3 years. Spoke to a customer care exec who tried to convince me to give them another chance because “ma’am you didn’t port for 3 years” @ViCustomerCare

Hey @ViCustomerCare don't get me started on how rude your customer care is. 1. Someone must have given a reference number of mine for a theirs and they are not in contact with us. 2. Their bill is outstanding and we have paid ours but we get calls every day annoying us (..1)

@ViCustomerCare The issue has still not resolved Data connection becomes 0 for 1-2 min and then comes back It happens on continous basis as pattern.I didnt had this issue in my hometown but only in my current location.Please look into it i have DMed my area.

@GodghatePurnima @ViCustomerCare Same issue in Pune, I don't know if there is anything called Customer care in VI. You take information like signal strength, how many tower building etc, Indoor, outdoor and what not and in return what we get is same pathetic service.
