    @ViCustomerCare I have just ported two SIM cards from Jio to Vi. The Vi network is very poor in my location. The internet is not working at all and I am also facing a lot of problems with calling. I had complained but there was no solution.

    @ViCustomerCare The VI network quality in my area is very poor — frequent call drops, slow internet, and no proper 4G/5G signal even outdoors. Despite multiple complaints, no improvement! Please take immediate action @TRAI kindly look into this issue. #NetworkIssue #VI #TRAI

    . @ViCustomerCare Visited Vodafone gallery to replace my 8-year-old SIM due to poor network in iPhone 17. Shocked to hear SIM replacement only possible after converting to postpaid. Is this company policy or misinformation from your ghatkopar east gallery??
