    @ViCustomerCare I have a special offer on my number on the recharge of 99 with 28 days validity but I didn't get 28 days. When I called your customer care executive they promised that the validity will increase but it never did. Shameful and disgusting false promises.

    @ViCustomerCare Please do not call me to only to tell me that network is working well and you are upgrading the network in my area. Been hearing this for months. I used to get 3g 4g with frequent drops earlier. Now it's gone completely. You are downgrading your network!

    @ViCustomerCare , i received sms that the plan is upgraded without my consent and the discount is discontinued. The current bill amount is more than what i usually pay. This is unethical and no othe service provider does that. Please look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare @Paytmcare - An amount of 501 was auto deducted from my paytm wallet linked via the Vi App. I called Paytm - they said Vi had auto deducted ,I called Vi support - they said I did it. What kind of a scam is going on? I never initiated the transaction and was deducted with 501

    @ViCustomerCare can you please help with the sudden increase of my plan from 149 to 299. This has been done without my knowledge. I want the same plan to be continued. Spoke to customer care and they aren't helping. Do I need to move to another vendor after 10 yrs wid you?

    @ViCustomerCare are you earning good revenue by providing faulty simcard n den charging for it? After replacing simcard I'm still having the network issue. Pathetic! @JioCare can you please help me get the port in process done at the earliest? Looking forward to porting into Jio.
