    I want to port-out from Vi @ViCustomerCare to Jio but Vi has deliberately stopped SMS services on my phone. Terrible issues today. Nobody from Vi is inclined to solve the problem. Your executives call, listen and disconnect calls right on my face. Is this your customer service???

    @ViCustomerCare , I called 198 from my Vi number and your executive Omkar rudely told me that registration on BHIM app requires monetary balance, as it is a banking app. I'm using BHIM since ages and hes1 thinking that I'm N idiot? He made me do a recharge of 10 rupees.

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic customer service for past three years I have two idea postpaid numbers now I have been transfered to a small town in mp itarsi. And since then I don't get network and so called self claimed fastest giganet doesn't work at all while I'm in my home.
