    All ISP's totally suck. Absolutely no network of @ViCustomerCare or airtel in bldg. Had to go for Jio. Which recharges plan on its own when one expires without even asking. Absolutely no human contact. No way to figure out how and why they activate any plan without consent!

    @ViCustomerCare a simple issued cannot be resolved by Vi for a postpaid customer. Missed call alerts cannot be activated via ussd or sms. Your executives just keep on giving multiple codes to try ans restart the phone. No doubt about the state of Vi

    As I discussed with vi social media team they further gives the ultimate of 2 days & I don't think solution arriving they are wasting of time so customer will tired for service & forget.! As they earlier says ultimate of 22 Apr '22 result are zero!! Shame on you @ViCustomerCare

    Been waiting 4 days for a @ViCustomerCare SIM card. Finally the guy delivers it and says “sorry the plan select is not working so you’ll have to place a fresh order” No wonder @airtelindia is obliterating these clowns
