    @VodafoneIN why customer has to run after your store to get number converted from postpaid to prepaid? Everytime your system is down. Such painful process now leading 10 yr old customer to opt for MNP. Thanks for your service.

    @ViCustomerCare My sim has lost it's services and was not working since 6th July,I can't call or use internet Vi customer care adviced me to get a replacement sim, yesterday I took a replacement sim and it's showing no service , 48hrs has passed still my sim is not Active

    @ViCustomerCare I requested a SIM upgrade yesterday and I was given a replacement SIM saying that it will work after 4 hours. Neither it is working nor I can contact anyone to help! On Sunday, Vi stores are closed, can you see how embarassing this is?? can anyone ESCALATE?????
