The guy at store talked very rudely with my old man and told him to wait another 24 - 48 hrs

Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

Exec told me that KYC can not be done with OLD black and white PAN. If I-Tax dept is ok with Old PAN, what is the issue for VI?
