When informed about poor internet speed in the area, getting feedback from you guys "as per Ookla we are the fastest network" but what's the point when it takes 5 mins to open a search page in Google.

A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update.
