    @VodafoneIN I am really thankful to you guys to solve the issue previously. However, we are facing issues with Internet now. Connection loss frequently and get super low speed.. Need to restart mobile data in few minutes to resume connection. Sending you gps location with this.

    @TRAI, After tired of @VodafoneIN network, finally I moved to @airtelindia and also paid extra for premium number, but still after 48 hrs sim is not activated. And both companies claims themselves #1, After seeing all this I see bright future of @reliancejio, congrats in advance.

    Worst customer service by @VodafoneIN. No proper feedback even on port request. When informed about poor internet speed in the area, getting feedback from you guys "as per Ookla we are the fastest network" but what's the point when it takes 5 mins to open a search page in Google.

    @VodafoneIN from last 15 days i have facing many call drops problem i pickup the phone but other sides voice is not coming to me its very irritating please fix this problem i have network ishue too at my home address please fix it as soon as possible

    @VodafoneIN clearly shows you guys really don't care if a customer moves out. Secondly getting to know, not registering my complaints for past months on network speed issues whereas was assured on call that my complaint is registered and will be sorted soon. #Response awaited.

    I have been trying WITH VODAFONE Over DM but no action for recharge reversal to my another number but no response yet, poor management. It is 2nd incident, earlier in post paid for wrong charges and now with prepaid. #poorservices #noethics @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare I have identified the issue, its the Sim Card, seems to be corrupted, its not letting me operate my phone by disabling Wifi,Sim2 & phone is continously restarting on its own. Removing the sim has resovled the issue. Now its going to be a pain to find Mumbai Circle Sim in Pune.

I sincerely hope that they take the necessary actions on the Person involved IMMDTLY and confirm the actions taken against him/her to you too!
