When informed about poor internet speed in the area, getting feedback from you guys "as per Ookla we are the fastest network" but what's the point when it takes 5 mins to open a search page in Google.

MY no 9924296156 stopped due to non use 7 April 2026 .I recharged for 169 Rs Deta pack 3 month validity 8 GB on 11/4/2026.Now Vi says that it will strst only after other recharged of 199 Rs.! My 169 rs goes in drain.
