Worst customer service by @VodafoneIN. No proper feedback even on port request. When informed about poor internet speed in the area, getting feedback from you guys "as per Ookla we are the fastest network" but what's the point when it takes 5 mins to open a search page in Google.

@VodafoneIN clearly shows you guys really don't care if a customer moves out. Secondly getting to know, not registering my complaints for past months on network speed issues whereas was assured on call that my complaint is registered and will be sorted soon. #Response awaited.

@TRAI, After tired of @VodafoneIN network, finally I moved to @airtelindia and also paid extra for premium number, but still after 48 hrs sim is not activated. And both companies claims themselves #1, After seeing all this I see bright future of @reliancejio, congrats in advance.

@ViCustomerCare Your 4G network is nothing but hot garbage. Half of the time it switches to 2G in metropolitan area, data speed totally sucks at most places, and most importantly calls drops and VOLTE issues is complete deal-breaker. I'm porting out. Good Luck.
