The guy at store talked very rudely with my old man and told him to wait another 24 - 48 hrs

Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

I have repeatedly asked Vi to provide the activation, consent/OTP and usage proof, but I have not received it yet.

Vi app → Benefits shows the subscription is included, yet the content isn’t available. JioHotstar says Vi needs to resolve it. Please fix this ASAP
