    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Issue refund for sim ordered online, The delivery agent of yours calls and vaguely tells location too far and he cannot deliver the sim, call the helpline number and cancel the order. Highly unprofessional and pitiful experience.

    @ViCustomerCare my vodafone numb 9830124030 has been blocked by DoT on 14.03.2022 asking for fresh document.I submitted my documents to VI Store(at Parrys, Armenian Street, Chennai 600002) , paid Activation Fee 300/-. Even after 20 days, my num isn't activated. Pathetic service

    @ViCustomerCare it would be much better to deny providing services rather providing the quality of services you are providing.... Worst experience.. can't connect calls , can't send a whatsapp... Just a toy phone due to Vodafone services
