    @ViCustomerCare Team, it happnd today around 4.46pm at Vi Store-MI RAJDEEP TELECOM HAPUR Free ganj Road, Near indane Gas agency , Hapur, 245101 when i had visited VI store to get my sister's sim upgraded bcz she insisted on staying wth VI relying on its service. But store owner charged me Rs10.

    @ViCustomerCare your network is pathetic in my area. Why don't you install more routers in my area? Almost all in my family use Vodafone and we can't use internet inside home. improve it or we are considering MNP
