@ViCustomerCare yesterday I ported my sim from Airtel to vi and I think it's my biggest mistake ever you network is so weak that I am not been able to send a normal WhatsApp message it's take 1 minute to send a single "hello"

@ViCustomerCare The worst customer service. I have a set of corporate connections and in that one number got disconnected automatically. Gave the complaint regarding this issue. Its been 10-12 days my complaint has not been solved till now. #customerservice #VodafoneIdea #customersatisfaction

@ViCustomerCare THE PROBLEM OF NOT CONNECTING TO MY WIFES NOS YET CONTINUES & ON ASKING THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPT IT SAYS RESOLVED IT IS AMAZED TO NOTE AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINS FOR 6 MONTHS THEY SAY EVERY TIME IT WAS RESOLVED GREAT SIGN OF IMPROVEMENT FROM VODAFONE. @TRAI SHARMAJI.
