    @ViCustomerCare don't use vi network...it's scamming people..I recently recharge a 3099 plan it's get with zee5 and hotstar..I try login both apps only hotstar was working.. then I try via vi app chat bot ..it's automatically deactivated zee 5 subscription

    @ViCustomerCare Agar tumse network improve nhi ho rha to chhor do n ye Hardin 4-4 ghnte ke liye signal band krne ka kya mtlb hai? "No service" "emergency calls only" "H+" this is what I paid for? Either improve ur network or shut down the company and get a job in @airtelindia

    Calls are automatically disconnected when network shifts from 4g to 3g or 2g.This is ridiculous and frustrating also. Is this a quality service? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Dude you’re making me pay 800+ for a postpaid plan for a single person who barely uses her phone, and I couldn’t find a way to switch from postpaid to prepaid on your app, I don’t care about you or any other ISP, I just want proper service for the amount I pay.

    I've already filed a complaint online through VI app,but nothing has changed.This is the main number I use.I regret to inform you that I will be switching operators if the issue is not rectified in 3 days.This is taking place in the India IT hub of Bangalore area @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I Am Facing Call Problems In Incoming & Unable To Make Landline Calls. Since More Than 20 Days. Yesterday I Changed The Sim Because My Old Sim Is Vodafone. So I Changed But Still It Was Not Working. I Raised Complaint So Many Times. But Was Not Resolved still Now.

    @ViCustomerCare why I am not generate my porting code error UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
