@DipshikhaGhosh @ViCustomerCare Lucky guy. You might have got resolution because they didn't get anything from problem. They get some commission from 53516 special number, and so they bill us on their behalf. And never refund because they are getting it from them. 53516 and VI employee or some hack loophole.

Vi charges 50 rupees more than Jio while recharging and gives **** in return. Idk why there services are so pathetic. I'm not able to access even 3G internet these days. Improve your services before you get vanished @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare #Vidown
