@ViCustomerCare Sorry to say but your service is just PATHETIC. Internet service only works in night... throughout day even struggle to open google. TBH claim from your side of being FASTEST network is just mislead when you can’t even provide basic speed.

@Avinash_C901 @ViCustomerCare Hi Avinash, do NOT change postpaid to prepaid. Go for different carrier. On complaint of low speed, I change postpaid circles from Karnataka to Odisha, then I lost VOLTE. Can't even use my work pc during meetings. Also, after porting, 3 months lock. VI not resolving anything now.

@ViCustomerCare The standard of Vodafone has been so worst.. Their are hiring "gundas" in the customer care. Just had horrible experience.. He told "Jo Karna hai wo karo" such rude behaviour... Whoever using #Vodafone maximum retweet to expose them..

@ViCustomerCare The issue is not yet resolved, this delay is really not expected from name like Vodafone. Not able to understand whether your team is actually working on it or not. Two times dates were given by which issue wil b solved but of no use. Seems this is the time to port from Vodafone.
