    @ViCustomerCare care to explain why there's no service yet from yesterday 11 am onwards, my sister network came back back but mine didn't why is that. Everyday it's always like this for like 1-2 hour and now really got me frustrated ,do you want to lose customer ?.

    @ViCustomerCare I am trying to recharge my number from past hour. Everytime money is getting deducted but recharge is failing. Can you please help
