  @ViCustomerCare Very disappointed with the support from Vi. My issue has still not been resolved despite contacting customer care and also sending a DM. I have already explained the problem multiple times, but there is still no proper resolution. Please look into this urgently

  @ViCustomerCare My number was recently ported from Jio to Vi. I use an OPPO A78 5G. VoLTE is enabled and APN and network settings are correct. I get 4G+ normally, but as soon as a voice call connects, the 4G+ icon disappears and mobile data stops. I also don't see VoLTE/HD.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI My present pincode is 600089, in have full 5g range,still my 4G data balance is reducing for no reason. Called to your customer care escalation team they are relatent to register this as a complaint.what kind of customer support is this? Pathetic
