@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue regarding the sim swap issue 9814447218 . My contact number 7087233371 . Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

Can avail from home, for anything we have to visit their third class ****ng stores. @ViCustomerCare give me proper solution, I'm not going to visit in ur ****ng store. i want my number activated as soon as possible otherwise I'm going to complain in Consumer court for sure.

For the last 2.5 years I’ve been raising complaints about poor network coverage with @ViCustomerCare Every time I only get a complaint number & false assurances,but no real solution.Being an old Vodafone customer I stayed loyal,but now I have no choice will port in 6-7 days.

@ViCustomerCare Recharged with supposedly unlimited data plan for 698, now getting 100% data exhausted flash messages for using 1GB a day, your customer care helpline doesn't have any option to connect to a human, it's an endless loop of different options.
