@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue regarding the sim swap issue 9814447218 . My contact number 7087233371 . Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

@ViCustomerCare are you not concern about network and losing the customers. I am complaining about super poor netwrok in Devgad tehsil and nobody pays attention. No wonder other are growing as they providing working service though not great

@ViCustomerCare my number 9051854662. Yesterday I recharged Rs 39, Validity 28 days as shown on recharge page. I usually do this recharge. But today I can't make outgoing calls. Actually you don't have customer care except dumb bots. I have screen shots. I send it through email.

@ViCustomerCare Few days ago I got a call from customers care service of @vodafone and that person said "Sorry we can't resolve your Speed issue because there so many users in ur area" 😠 Seriously is this a behaviour and solution of my problem . I'm done and leaving this network

@ViCustomerCare I disconnected my vi Post paid number on 10 June clearing all the Bills.. mu service was disconnected immediately but now I am getting the new bills for disconnected number and Customer care support person is saying they can't help and asked me to go and complaint
