    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue regarding the sim swap issue 9814447218 . My contact number 7087233371 . Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not at all interested in your useless information. Keep it with you. Just resolve the issue and provide better service. I am repeatedly complaining and waited patiently for 6 to 7 months. In return I get the same useless information and problem still continue.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare as per attached screenshot I haven't chosen any services then why ₹49 & ₹ 20 charged for some services. Have u become so cheap tht deducting money without customer knowledge. Disgusting behaviour. Pls refund my money.

    @ViCustomerCare internet is slow working like 2G , But Mo is connected with VoLTE. Can you do what you promise for speed?
