    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue regarding the sim swap issue 9814447218 . My contact number 7087233371 . Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't depend on vi network. Vi is like auxiliary service. People using vi as secondary services. Like if they stop giving offers , automatically people stop using their services. They port from vi. Vi is unstable network in India. Dont take vi as a serious network.

    I have restart my phone frequently, i have to go outside my home. No direct connection with customer support over phone call using 198. @ViCustomerCare this is not why switch over to your network...

    @ViCustomerCare It is very sad that Vodafone is not able to solve consumer problem. My complaint was not solve n they closed it without solving it. It is very shameful manner. I'm still facing network issues.

    @ViCustomerCare worst network I’ve ever had!! 6 times I’ve spoken to a employee who have promised me they will remove the £1729.10 charges on my bill!!! Which I was told by a manager that was a mistake as I never asked for an early termination fee !!!do not recommend!
