@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue regarding the sim swap issue 9814447218 . My contact number 7087233371 . Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

Hi @ViCustomerCare, Why your vi(vodafone idea) company dont taking my complaint seriously. Why my issue is not solved till now? If your company cant solve issue then why you made false promises? Please stop selling new sim cards if your network cant handle new users.
