    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue regarding the sim swap issue 9814447218 . My contact number 7087233371 . Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

    @ViCustomerCare. I did transaction at vi store to convert postpaid to prepaid. Cleared upcoming bill in advance with one week extra as per agent. Bought prepaid sim with instructions for activation after postpaid gets turned off. This was 2nd September. Issue remains unresolved

    @ViCustomerCare Really disappointed with your services for my prepaid number. My number services stopped with a reason that my other contact number Airtel network has a bill pending, which has been cleared already. Facing the service outrage for last 6 days.
