    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue regarding the sim swap issue 9814447218 . My contact number 7087233371 . Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

    @ViCustomerCare it's day in day out only one message reflect SMS can't send error 38. If same problem continues we have to port to other operator. I had tried with Vi app but no results. Look in to it.

    @ViCustomerCare #VIChennaiCircle I understand the  999 data plan will get repairs every 28 days. For that i need to pay  maintenance(service validity) every 28 days .For that i need to spend  99(RC99 28 days validity)*13= 1287. Means i need to spend   999+1287= 2286 excellentplan

    India doesn't have a single telecom company which provides 4G type data network. @jiocare is mediocre. @airtel_presence is only marginally better than but nothing to boast about it. And the lesser said about @ViCustomerCare the better.

    @ViCustomerCare I have tried contacting the local store regarding the VoLTE activation, but the service is not yet activated and i didn't get a proper response from them, please do the needful..

    @ViCustomerCare than my plan video cal charges, etc .this time also same thing again u promised to give discount on bill and bill is still showing the same amount...I dnt want to continue the bill plan and will never recommend any for vi postpaid
