Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

I called customer service several times they take complain and after 48 hours the message came your problem are resolved. But the problem still exist.     Really disappointed and exasperated by the services of VI network... it's been more than 5 hours that my phone's network connectivity is lost... i am unable to make any calls nor am able to send any sms... @ViCustomerCare i request you to look into it and solve the problem ASAP!!

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, Actually now we decided to move another company. It's been more than six month and now I can't wait more. Earlier I had raised lot's of complains what about those. I think Vi is waiting for Tweet post . Cancel my family plan and accept my port request.

    @ViCustomerCare Activated international roaming on my no in Mar. I never got network connectivity anywhere in the country. Raised cmplnt # 4-114635314195, but that was closed without resolving the issue. If issue was not resolved then why vodafone is charging. Kindly refund.
