Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

Vodafone changed my monthly plan without consent (!) and is now threatening me to pay the bill otherwise face legal charges. I tried reaching the customer service but no help and moreover I am not even in the country right now. Pathetic #CustomerExperience @ViCustomerCare
