@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue regarding the sim swap issue 9814447218 . My contact number 7087233371 . Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

@ViCustomerCare ported my airtel number 8899477191 to Vi for better service. Paid ₹697 for porting at ur regd office (Kamya Telecom, Haldwani) for a FRC of ₹598. Still no outgoings / incomings. Very unfortunate beginning
