    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue regarding the sim swap issue 9814447218 . My contact number 7087233371 . Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, port request for my father from @airtelindia to VI is missing. SIM delivered on 20 Jul, ₹854 paid. On 21 Jul, your rep asked us to cancel and promised activation in 3 days. Customer care now says no port request exists. Please resolve urgently. Thank you

    @ViCustomerCare VI network is not good specially for indoor usage at s k nagar, talikoti. Whenever I am in Bangalore, no issues. have raised the issue multiple times, it gets closed saying, area has optimal coverage.

    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    🤬 @ViCustomerCare Fix your damn 5G network. Y'all keep hiking recharge prices every other month, don't even offer free data like others, and the network is absolute garbage. At this point, switching to another provider feels like the only option. 🤡
