    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue regarding the sim swap issue 9814447218 . My contact number 7087233371 . Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

Last night I received a mail from their nodal officer, claiming the issue has been resolved. Guess what, I am getting a speed of 3.5 Mbps. This is the 4th time they had lied to me.

    @ViCustomerCare Already visited before lock down and provided my alternate mobile no. still no communication. When customer have to pay your team msg and call like anything and when customer having a problem visit store . please cut the crap and refund my security amount .

    @jibindcruz @ViCustomerCare I got fed up with them and ported, When i sent that port sms They started solving my problems with all solution times after the port so that i should cancel my port request.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViBusinessIndia never use vi sim because network speed is null. Be mtlb ke baad h india ka fastest 4G network. Speed 100kbps ke uper jaati ni h mera paisa waste kr diya bilkul.
