Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

    @ViCustomerCare I have till date not received any calls from vi regarding the issue. The team is chasing me to pay the bills or late bill payment charges. I did not expect this kind of service. VI is known for its best service

    @ViCustomerCare you guys just spreading non sesnses to us..Okhla said you have the best internet speed? I'm challenging Okhla then send there engineer to my location & cheak & ask to all the vi customers about your service.! Waste of money connection is vi.pathetic.

    @ViCustomerCare I am talking about different issue. It’s not about porting. My other number 9158xxxx22 was also Ported. However there was a part payment pending. I have done it. And yet you @ViCustomerCare are saying payment is pending. My other number was blocked.

    @ViCustomerCare @Idea Without my acceptance/intervention I see you are directly activating & charging amount for Caller tune rentals.This is happening many times now & I am in loss of huge amount. Make SURE you ask for customer acceptance before charging. Disappointing service!!
