    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue regarding the sim swap issue 9814447218 . My contact number 7087233371 . Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

    I recharged my Vi number thrice but never received the unlimited pack. Vi has now disconnected my SIM card and I am unable to make calls and send messages. Customer service is awful @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare. Either refund the amount or activate my service.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup have spoken to your Customer Care and faced one of the worst experiences by your Executive Ms. Kajal and her Sr Supervisor Ms Shalini Srivastava in UP East Circle. Now getting my 3 Prepaid numbers and 75 CUG numbers ported to Airtel
