    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue regarding the sim swap issue 9814447218 . My contact number 7087233371 . Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

    I have recently changed my @ViCustomerCare Vodafone number circle from Hyderabad to Delhi-NCR on 7th and it should be changed by 12th Jan but on previous postpaid sim network gone at midnight when in morning I inserted new SIM the network did not came. I think I have to port it..

    @ViCustomerCare Point is 3 weeks and VI is strange to customer issues as network Issue is never a concern by brilliant team but to bill wrongly with dark pattern for no Services asked ! Will ethics run to solve Issue asap and correct bill as finding No Network now !!!

    @ViCustomerCare badly pissed off with your robotic customer care execs. Since last 8 odd months they are putting late payment charges and waiving it off after contacting. Thisnis it ! I am PORTING ! Hopeless customer orientation and thats why Vi is losing customers !
