Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

Enough is enough. I have raised complaints multiple times, and every time your team closes the issue without providing any real solution. You are only giving copy-paste replies and excuses like “data congestion” or “busy hours” instead of fixing the root problem. @ViCustomerCare
