@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue regarding the sim swap issue 9814447218 . My contact number 7087233371 . Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

@ViCustomerCare Alright Aliya. Issue is I recharged in month on April for 84 days. Since then your network not only given ke hard time but your customer service is also a failure. Since then they haven't solved me issue. Now issue is very small. My 4G VoLTE shifts to 2G (part 1)
