@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue regarding the sim swap issue 9814447218 . My contact number 7087233371 . Am visited the ferozepur city both store novelty telecom and vipan telecom both store asked the charge one 1500 and second 800 but sim still not swap they sim swapping huy on holiday.

Also @ViCustomerCare you absolutely broke IMS provisioning while roaming. My phone (which I usually keep 2G disabled on) couldn't make any phone calls without CSFBing down to 2G. My HPLMN provider is Verizon US please look into better IMS provisioning it's 2026 bruh

@ViCustomerCare when I contact ViC they now say that our network team will solve the problem by 21st I mean what is this loop and I have to raise the 2nd complaint now so they're saying our network team will resolve the problem what is this loop 😩 please improve your service.
