    @VodafoneIN I'm facing very big network issue on my Vodafone, i can't attend my online classes i can't download anything, i can't browse on internet. Network is automatically off. Your team is unresponsive, if you don't solve my problem i will definitely port my number into another network.

    @VodafoneIN No resolution yet , u r not even allowing me to port... UPC cannot be generated for the reasons- Contractual obligations. Please contact your service provider for further assistance M not going to pay a single penny for the last month I want the gujarat circle head to talk to me

    @VodafoneIN My plan was expiring on 4th Dec and today I am spammed with messages your plan is expiring today.. I got 599 plan on 11.09.20..even customer service care says it's expiring on 4th.. Sheer nuisance.. WA to saying same.. Why.. Neither I am getting speed..not good way to start Vi

    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, Now today its 15 days and nothing is changed even whenever I call somebody there is no voice from other side and this problem is only in your service. Pathetic, Why don't you pack up ur business from India cz this complaint is from every second user of you.

    Dear @Idea @VodafoneIN itta kharch jo advertisement me krte ho, Kuch kharcha uska network sudharne me v kr do. Experiencing worst network.. Calldrop to aise hota jaise baap ka raaj hai. Network har 10 min me 5-6 min k liye gayab. Net speed itta kharab ki post v upload ni ho rha😤

    @VodafoneIN Recharged today only, Internet is not working for my sim, even in slot 1 of oneplus6. Even instructions by your MyVodafone App is not working. Let me know what can be done prior to solve this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare My call gets disconnect every 30 secs. Barely audible calls for the past 1 month. Raised complaint supposed to be resolved by 9th. not even allowed to replace SIM since it is already a 4G SIM. 12 more hours of this and I am porting the connection.

    @ViCustomerCare While calling to any network, i am getting the message that 'the number you have dialled, does not have an incoming service'. Why so? Resolve this issue at the earliest. If you can't provide better services, then ask your users to switch on other network.

    @ViCustomerCare all these times I never received any call still I was patient. today I received the call. I had the phone in hand and it rang just 2 secs and got disconnected before I could accept it & instantly I received msg saying U tried but couldn't reach me!!! really? 2-sec call??

    Why @vodafone keeps updating mobile app whn they dont hv real capabilities of stable solutions or upgrade. There r some or d other issues evrytym there is update frm @vodafone India. Thorough UAT & acceptance test is clearly missing & issues post upgrade annoys us @ViCustomerCare
