    @VodafoneIN My plan was expiring on 4th Dec and today I am spammed with messages your plan is expiring today.. I got 599 plan on 11.09.20..even customer service care says it's expiring on 4th.. Sheer nuisance.. WA to saying same.. Why.. Neither I am getting speed..not good way to start Vi

    @ViCustomerCare It simply means u don’t want to resolve problem that’s not mine but your tower related. If u can’t provide service why don’t u remove your tower from here? @TRAI should resolve it.

    @VodafoneIN zero network 24x7 Call drop 200 times a day, no service 23 hours a day, no internet connection 24x7. Worst experience.. pathetic service, and no one cares! Utter crap customer service

    @VodafoneIN @VidhaniNeetu Still I believe that Vodafone, not resolved the issue of data speed. As Vodafone service standards like that only. Where you keep writing and they give sweates assurance all day but your complaint remain the same

    Vodafone services in Air Force Jodhpur are very useless, I have complained many times but every time the team says that the tower work is going on, but their network is not correct till date, see the screenshot attached i'm getting this speed on the 4G network. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare THE MOST USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER CARE. MY DAD HAS PASSED AWAY AND TO REACTIVATE HIS NUMBER WHICH WAS LOST AMD LATER RECOVERED ITS BEEN TAKING FOREVER. NO ONE HAS BEEN OF ANY HELP. EOTHER UR APPEALTE EMAIL NOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
