On my recent US trip i did not get any 4G network on @ViCustomerCare network. Still they insist i used the network. Even after showing them proof of my conversations with their execs. Absolutely appalling behaviour

@ViCustomerCare Why your 4g service gets down many times in a month(only 2g available). OTHER OPERATORS don't do this ****, and even if they do sometimes they offers COMPENSATION like Free Unlimited data to the suffering customer. @JioCare I want to port to you. You did gd here!
