    Hello VI, I am facing a network issue in my area. VI sim shows *NO SERVICE* in Greater Noida (Pari Chowk). I am unable to receive my calls and messages. Please fix this issue as soon as possible otherwise I have to switch my sim to another network. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Query not addressed yet. Only you have taken additional complaint bcoz after 4 days over you couldn't delivered a SIM in Bengaluru like city.

    @ViCustomerCare this ridiculous!!! Im getting calls everyday despite being on DND and raising this issue multiple times. If you cant figure this simple thing yet(per your DM's), you have bigger issues in managing your business & customers so why try to retain them?

    @ViCustomerCare just now there was call frm ur side, even though there was network service issue so I can't communicate with representative. Plz see d location in complaint lodged on app. SKNH hospital Narhe411041. Othr service provider hv network & not for Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi!! I am still waiting for revert or action. The way Vodafone taking my case it looks like there is no interest in providing resolution. Let me confirm otherwise I will port my all numbers
