@ViCustomerCare Hi @DoT_India, I rchrged for a IR pack using from @Vi 7 days back,But there IR network didnt work nd none of my IR calls connected.I launched complaint very first day of recharge and neither the network problem is resolve and the pack validity has gotten over. Request solution

@ViCustomerCare I used Vodafone for more than 10 yrs and bcoz of ur poor connectivity i ported to jio after clearing all the dues. Now u r sending me reminders to clear further dues. I am asking for my bill and no one reverting. Call center not taking calls. Pls help @JioCare

@ViCustomerCare I am so sick and tired of having to deal with network coverage issues. I can't even count the number of times I've had to call my carrier to ask them to fix something, I feel like I'm constantly chasing after a good signal, Please fix this as soon as possible.

My friends Traveling with me are using @reliancejio @airtelindia and their numbers got immediately activated but even after 5 hours @ViCustomerCare has failed to do a basic thing of helping getting my number activated. Have been really troubled because of this. Need help!
