@ViCustomerCare So, this is the resolution you came up with after a week, my sim is old(2018) so it's not like Jio that can still do it's job, I am supposed to go to nearest Vi store(78 km), buy a new sim. No refunds. Thanks Vi.

@ViCustomerCare Our Stories… please provide 4g indoor coverage or vowifi. Please give update on 5g for Tamilnadu. Please give some inputs to your customer care. Because whatever we ask #vi they say they don’t know.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @AshwiniVaishnaw I am fighting for my claim on plan benefits promised by Vi since April 2022. They have not given me any resolution on the same and just giving dates. Instead added ott platform fees in my bills. This is cheating. (1/2)

@ViCustomerCare Hi Team, From 2020 I have an issue with my VI No where I can do only outgoing calls and there is no incoming calls and messages and if I call your customer care executive they will tell that in system it’s says active but in reality it’s not working.

NEVER BUY A VI SIM ONLINE, very bad experience. 😡 I purchased the vi sim only so that I could get the choice number but the delivery did not arrive on time and the number I had selected was booked. And after facing many issues, now i unable to use internet. @ViCustomerCare
