@ViCustomerCare I am not being able to make any outgoing calls since morning while other services like mobile internet, SMS and incoming calls are working. Solve this issue as soon as possible! I can not even dial customer care!!! Pathetic!

@ViCustomerCare wnt 2 ur goregaon w gallery in Mum for sim change,ur exe handed me a new sim, tld me 2 switch off my mob phn for 4 hrs n thn try new SIM card,aftr 4 hours I found dat da sim given to me belongs 2 someone else,I called customer care imm at 8pm bt they were helpless
