    @ViCustomerCare I have paid my bill amount on 21/06/2022 and raised tickets for 3 to 4 times but the bill amount is not yet updated. There is no response from customer care team. I have shared the payment details also. Will you guys close this issue or not. #worstservices

    @ViCustomerCare Hello , I am using Vi sim card under this number 9487272418. Last three days , I unable to make calls and receive any calls . I raised a complaint but didn't receive any proper guidance to resolve. Handset is good and Mobile data is working . Please check .

    @ViCustomerCare Looks like when the generated bill showed VAS charges (despite your promises that it was a technical error and no charge will be levied), you have conveniently disappeared. @TRAI: High time you woke up and took action against this scam of service providers auto-enabling VAS!
