    @ViCustomerCare i am not able to send outgoing SMS and customer care says I need to recharge 128 for this. I can't even eat send the PORT sms as well. This is stupid. @TRAI why vodafone idea is blocking service which is mandated by government to operators?

    They need postpaid customers bcoz they will be paying bills without even using their services. Who are these guys to force me to stay on their network? These guys think there are no other network providers apart from Vi?? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare So acc to Bot Cust Care Exec of VI. Rameshwaram is 1300km from Srilanka. After Q’ng, he quotes “Sir u r lying it is 1300km, TN is up, SL is down to India”.This is quality level. He is just not listening n speaking same thing like Bot. M “Happy to help” with Google Maps.

    @ViCustomerCare thanks for troubling me for so many days, and giving false assurance of sim deliverance. Pls you can end this case as i dnt want any of ur services & for god sake dnt trouble me by calling. You can keep my 297 rs as donation towards VI.Thanks for wasting my time.

    @ViCustomerCare the service is down in East Delhi (Mayur Vihar) area from past 2 hours today morning. What kinda pathetic service do you provide during the time we have work from home scenario and phone calls are the basic mode of communication??

    2. @ViCustomerCare 2. My security deposit was Rs. 498 and the Vi mini store charged me Rs. 399/- for the FRC of Rs. 249 and I was told by customer care that the excessive account was deposited to my main balance without my consent and can't be used for a recharge.

    Whenever I send an SMS, my 4G connection goes off & takes a few seconds to come back. Help with this @ViCustomerCare please. I am unable to verify my UPI apps because of this problem. Anyone else faced this issue? How to resolve this?
