    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining of my Value Added Service in active since 19th May, however no one seems to help. You guys keep telling me its active. But the Hotstar login tells “invalid credentials”. Pathetic service

    @ViCustomerCare yesterday I visit vi store they charged me Rs 100 and gave me a new sim and they told me your sim problem will be solved after 2 hours... But till now there is no network j cant use my number since last 5 days i am complaining again and again but no response

    Even can't raise the complain in your Vi App... Data connectivity as well as speed issue Disturbance facing in @ViCustomerCare Please solve this otherwise I have to switch for another.

    @ViCustomerCare this is so pathetic that I have 14 GB data and can't use it because VI services are so poor and they are not even replying customer care call.

    @ViCustomerCare @Shubhambagade25 New no taken yesterday. Prepaid. Amount paid 250+. No call can be made, no sms can be sent, your customer care no horrible, gives ads and disconnects.
