@ViCustomerCare My complaint number is V00956338069 for mobile number 9824106100. Its more than one month my issue is not reolved, number of times i visited vi store and also got call from your customer care to reolve the issue however it is not reolved. Kindly look in to this.

@ViCustomerCare Mam, The manager Miss Ayushi of your Geeta Colony store said she didn't get any reply of mail from HO in 5 days, it will pending till 21 July 2022 because of complaint at Social Media plateform. After close this complaint she will say something about number if she get any update

@ViCustomerCare I received call from vi call center some mam taking with me he told me I transfer your prepaid Sim to postpaid he not slove my query not he take every otp from me I want to stop that process that's why I call in Helpline alos no one help me please my resolved this
