I bought a vi postpaid sim. I deactivated it after using it for 1 month. Since then, vi store has been calling me repeatedly and pressuring me to activate the sim. Is there a solution for this? @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare hi is it common for your customer service to call up and ask for network issue? And also ask for address to conform it? How to verify authenticity of such calls that show as vi customer care on true caller?

@ViCustomerCare My phone's 1.5 GB data allowance was completely used up in a single day, even though I didn't use it much because I had no network! I was traveling on a train, so I initially thought it might be due to roaming.
