  Finally got my deactivated number back! 🙌 @JioCare couldn’t help me while I was abroad. One email to @ViCustomerCare and they guided me through the process and helped me get my number back. Great service by Vi. Very disappointing support from Jio. Never porting to Jio again!

  @ViCustomerCare Prashant, Thank you for the explanation, but I am extremely disappointed with this response. First and foremost, I never authorized or requested any Vi Movies & TV subscription or auto-renewal. Who gave Vi permission to activate or auto-renew this service on my number

  @ViCustomerCare I did a ₹299 recharge on 16-07-2026 and another recharge on 30-07-2026. However, my plan is showing expired .Why hasn't the queued recharge activated? Please look into this and resolve the issue urgently. #ViHelp #ViCustomerCare

  Hi @ViCustomerCare, I accidentally recharged the wrong Vi number and need the recharge transferred to the correct number. I can share the transaction/reference details via DM. Please help transfer the recharge to the correct number at the earliest. Thanks.
