@ViCustomerCare No matter how many times I raise a complaint regarding the worst speeds of just 2 to 4 Mbps, none of your customer care takes it seriously. They just send a message saying it is in optimal condition tested by our technician. How is getting such low speed optimal ? Worst service.

Vi has ONLY 1 DAY GRACE period for PREPAID NUMBERS. Outgoing & sms are disconnected on service validity expiry date, incoming is allowed only for 1 day. @ViCustomerCare AI Overview is INCORRECT. "Vi prepaid numbers have a 15-day grace period after the service validity expires"

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI Getting more lies from customer support. They don't even have the basic information correct - like what complaint I raised. Is this some new trick where you just add on small charges here and there and think customers are too busy to notice?
