@ViCustomerCare I have been harassed by your In store as well as customer care employees repeatedly. They keep transferring me to one another and are not letting Me get postpaid converted to prepaid. The store employees told me that they aren't authorised to change the Sim.

@ViCustomerCare post that the store gave me Sim but it is not activated still. I visited them again to which they again told me very rudely that you call customer care at 199 and port Kara lijie Hume nahi chahiye aap jaise customer.

@ViCustomerCare Really need to train your dumb customer care. everybody just says we are sorry and opens a complaint. Then close it after some days without confirming if problem is solved. When we ask again, the cycle goes on. How idiotic way of work. No escalation matrix. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare hi, I had applied to port my sim from postpaid to prepaid at a VI store. They informed old sim will get deactivated in 12 hrs and then use new sim post that. It has been more than 12 hours, but no update. Please help.
