    @DanishKh4n @ViCustomerCare I saw few more customers coming in when i was at VI store & they had exactly same issue...after 6 days of having no signals & complaint,i had to go to VI store & replace sim..I am 500% sure that VI intentionally doing this to make some money out of it..because in official store

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, I port my sim jio to vi prepaid within 30min, a person comes and port my sim. But by mistake my sim port in vi postpaid. I what to change prepaid to postpaid but there is no service. Postpaid is very expensive for me. What I do ?

    Other networks had rolled out #5G services while @ViCustomerCare could not restore my 4G service, and had to satisfy with 3G internet service.

    @ViCustomerCare inspite of several reminders u people r not removing express ludo game in vi app which is a fixed &.fraud game it's shows u didn't care for u r customer we r porting our numbers & will tk legal action I had lost 4000 point on this game
