    @ViCustomerCare I was told to wait as issue has been escalated. Now my number is barred due to no payment. I had already told that I would not pay until the issue gets fixed. Now going for port out as you don't seem to be concerned about the issue which could not be resolved in 2 months.

    @ViCustomerCare am not able to receive calls and nor anyone can contact me from past 2 week am facing this issue and your messaging me to wait till 12th oct.. How disgusting? How can you give a network without ICG and OG. I need a quick resolution as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare Not even received a ticket/ complain number yet. What an idea to frustrate people with dramatically slow speed so they loose interest, hope and discontinue following up. Bravo @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare WORST decision of my life would be get VI SIM card. I had two numbers as post paid. I had requested to disable the two numbers and they smartly disabled only one and kept charging the second number Rs. 1023 and now I have been charged for first number too Rs 109.

    Have we made a mistake by being loyal customer of Vi? most horrible service provided by them. Network of an entire area of 3 km radius has been cut off for most of time in last 1 month. Why will we pay you such hefty fee for this kind pathetic service? @ViCustomerCare
