This is simply a way to loot the customer!! First block the sim and then ask the customer to move to Postpaid?!!! This is not how you will survive in the market @ViCustomerCare 😩

Even though I have unlimited recharge, @ViCustomerCare sim is giving no service since 2-3 days and now Vi store guy is saying either I will have to go to at same circle to replace it (from Delhi to Pune) or get it in postpaid!!!!🙄 There is no logic in this @ViCustomerCare 😖
