I’m not sure why such a simple issue is taking so long to resolve. Could someone please call me and help get this resolved? Also, same Vi store preson is not responding now

Mukesh Pandey (@pandeymukesh149) reported@ViCustomerCare My number was recently ported from Jio to Vi. I use an OPPO A78 5G. VoLTE is enabled and APN and network settings are correct. I get 4G+ normally, but as soon as a voice call connects, the 4G+ icon disappears and mobile data stops. I also don't see VoLTE/HD.
