    @ViCustomerCare It's not issue of SIM card slot change @TRAI . It's issue of tower power supply which depends only on electricity. No backup. There for network provide 2G network.

    @ViCustomerCare I am complaining since May 21 regarding the incoming and outgoing issue in roaming . But there are no solution from Vodafone team. I have raise the voice via 198, Twitter, email , no response from team VI. Resolve it asap. @rmstakkar @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Each one just repeats the same script over and over again. You know who can do this job better? Robots. Here’s a free idea suggestion to @VodafoneGroup - replace all your customer service reps with robots to cut costs with no impact on your end consumer experience.
