    @ViCustomerCare inspite of so many escalations and calls and number of attempts my number is still not reactivated, proving how worst your customer service could be. Even you social media team is not fully equipped to resolve issue, your KYC team is worst as well

    @ViCustomerCare I am in transit and my network started showing "No Service". Pathetic service, post calling 198 they are mentioned to wait for 6 hours for service to be restored as they have forwarded the query to network team.

Please share the locations of the retail touch-points for the PIN code. also,I would like to understand why a representative can visit for KYC in case of a new sim, but not for duplicate sim KYC 1/2
