    @ViCustomerCare Sorry doesn’t solve anything if you are in to service industry resolution is the best way for the customer like us. Without informing me you closed the case is that the way you treat your High end customers like this. I had asked for resolution to waive 50% of my IR pack

    @ViCustomerCare I am using a VI sim for around 8 months and this is the 7th time I am complaining. I am not receiving any messages, important otps ,While calling my sim just goes into 2g, My messages are not getting delivered many times. Literally the worst service provider .

    Hi there @ViCustomerCare despite of raising a complaint on 6.3.2023, my internet issue is not resolved yet. No one is even aware of the problem ? This is for the second time in less than 3 months that I am not able to access internet, even though I am on unlimited pack. 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare what the hell is going on ! my calls are dropping continuously and your great customer service says it will take 7 days to be resolved ! R u kidding me? So I’m supposed to be helpless for 7 days w/o a phone despite having paid 1800 Rs for a plan?
