Instead, you ask us to fly back to India or force a family member onto a 4-month postpay plan just to keep the number. 💩 customer service.

Multiple calls to customer care haven't helped; in fact three times your rep has hung up on the call. Very disappointing. Please make this work.

He obviously couldn't speak or understand English and disconnected the call when I was about to tell him my issue which he should have known before calling.
