Now time port my Vi sim. I am not getting any network since last 3 days and I am not doing anything and today when there was no electricity the internet was also not working, when I went to the terrace I got decnet speed for browsing. @ViCustomerCare

Hi @ViCustomerCare iam from Chennai the signal is completely shut off. Your troubleshooting does not work in the vi app it shows it doesn't recognise a sim inserted. Kindly fix the issue asap. In the down detector too it's reported multiple people are facing signal issues

@ViCustomerCare Saying that they have not received that amount and blocked my outgoing service. Got call from there department and they are sating that its a postpaid sim not converted to prepaid. Asking me to pay more 386 rs. Even if I have paid bill of nov. Attaching screenshot for (1.1/2)
