    @ViCustomerCare if Jio and airtel are success in telecom sector because they know how to handle the customer’s complaint’s instead of playing the blame game like @ViCustomerCare .i was charged wrongly and extra too nd when i asked for explanation company is going another way

    @ViCustomerCare I am using Vodafone and it gives worst service. In march they automatically started 2 VAS without my request and again started 1 VAS in JUN without any request. When complained they blamed me for Activation of VAS and refused to provide refund. @TRAI

    Worst network and service of @ViCustomerCare. Since the time i ported my number to @ViCustomerCare , no network is there in my home. Have filed multiple complaints. They say my home is deep inside and network is not there. If @airtelindia network can reach inside why not urs?
