    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare kindly reply, it's not fair. You are not replying to my message. Kindly reply, otherwise I will be forced to port my sim to either jio or airtel. I know your service is bad, but at least make your customer support team pro-active. Otherwise you'll lose users.

    @ViCustomerCare I am a postpaid user. Calls from my Vi number are not connecting to Railway Helpline 139 and @IRCTC Helpline 1323. It says “invalid number.” This is a serious issue as I cannot register complaints with Indian Railways. Please resolve this urgently. @RailwaySeva

    Called #vodafoneidea customer care for issues in porting. Their genius representative, Mr. ANKIT, instead of providing any valid reasons/resolution, put my call on hold for a torturous 31 mins and then cut the line. @ViCustomerCare
