    @TRAI Sir, telecom companies like @ViCustomerCare have removed outgoing SMS service from their all planes below ₹ 149 and customers can't sent SMS despite having valid active validity plan and sufficient talktime. Hence they are forced to buy expensive packs to send single SMS

    @ViCustomerCare Its been 4 days & my sim exch. issue is not resolved until now. Today a new thing was told by a Vi store representative that sim exch. Is failing becoz call frwrd. is activated on the number. My conn. is deactivated,I regret for requesting sim exch. process.

    @ViCustomerCare my wife is stuck overseas with your sim not working. She had subscribed to Vodafone international roaming plan and paid advance security deposit. The Vodafone support services have proved useless and app is not showing international roaming data. Help SOS

    @ViCustomerCare after 8 years continues with you guys I'm unable to activates new SIM using SIM EXCHANGE service. Address with my corporate plan and Aadhar card is different but it should be updated while giving Aadhar card for sim exchange. Realy think to port out.
