    @ViCustomerCare I made a recharge of 129 on 29-July-21 but because of Vi system issues, i couldn't send SMS and my money is wasted. Please extend the validity of this recharge by 20 more days (starting 21-Aug-21) because fault was from your side.

    @ViCustomerCare I placed a request for porting my vi number to jio. Your guy called me and said that their is one last step left n that is to send a sms spelled 'cancel' to continue the process. Such poor service and then zero professionalism is the reason where you are at now

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS My outgoing services are barred since last few days due to non payment my bill amount is 2076 ₹, Bill couldn't be paid due to fund issue, I request to customer care team is pls start my services I can pay 1 bill and rest of will pay after 2 days.
