    @ViCustomerCare How pathetic your internet speed is not even what @reliancejio has after its pack is exhausted i.e 64kbps..Vi you not aren't capable of having 64kbps even..worst service @ViCustomerCare.. Port is the best option in this case..

    @ViCustomerCare I did recharge on 29 June for 459 it went unsuccessful and money was debited Same amt is not credited as of now. Its more than 8 days now I have transaction details and return ref Id with me #help #VodafoneIdea #trai

    @ViCustomerCare Don't want to get the same message and words again and again. When a customer disappoints, he will broke 10-15 customers other also. Don't want to repeat the problem also. Decided to Switch to another company as your services are really appreciative. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare Problem with rain is still a problem ! 2.7kbps thats not even 1G.

    @ViCustomerCare When vi will fix the latency issue why its always 100-200 ms latency and jio and airtel gives below 50ms i have reported several times on call but nothing is happening vi dont care about latency buy good servers man its so high latency fix it as soon as possible

    @ViCustomerCare is charging Rs 500 to Rs 10000 for premium numbers from their customers. I have purchased Vi premium number for Rs 2000. But the telecom company is not able to provide 5G network on calls as well as Internet services. @TRAI
