    @ViCustomerCare I’m not comfortable sharing my number here. I contacted your customer care, they investigated and found the tower near my residence to be faulty. But it’s been going on since a while. Anyway, hoping for the best.

    @aavishhkar @ViCustomerCare I requested them to deliver 4G sim at home, they refused said visit vi store. Went out yesterday found no vi store in vicinity of 10 kms. Airtel folks came and delivered sim at home for porting porting. Post sales service of Vi is as good as zero

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for the nostalgia trip, guys. It does NOT feel good to experience 2g in 2022. Enough of your ****** network. FINALLY forced to switch to other network. Can you suggest which would be better? Should I port to @JioCare or @airtelindia
