    @ViCustomerCare This is something done by your support team. Either @youbroadband @VodafoneIdeaIN resolves my issue or give me my money back for not providing the service as per my plan details. And your support team needs to contact me, as they are not picking up our calls. Pathetic service.

    @ViCustomerCare Why Everyday after 7 p.m net become so slow here ?? Facing the issue from last 15-20 days. Why ? It becomes so slow that I can't even Open & see YouTube Class or Stuff like that. Can't run Whats app & can't download photos Videos and all..Why?

    @ViCustomerCare this is nothing but the way of looting money from customers and making to approach customer care so difficult that no one dare to do so.and thus you are able to loot the money I want my money back also rectify issue so that it won’t happen in future

    Since the cyclone passed over the region, Vodafone's 4G service is not available, only 3G is coming and although sometimes 4G is available but it doesn't have VoLTE for which it is very difficult to make calls and get internet service at the same time. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare if you dont help me out in next few minutes i am definitely going to change operator to jio or airtel atleast they have dedicated customer service support and they dont have such network issues...

    I beg to inform you that few days ago i recieved message from @ViCustomerCare network that offer 399 packs gives 3 GB per day but when i recharge this pack i got only 1.5 GB per day.Why this type of fraud or fake message sent us or shown in vi app. Is somekind of joke going on??
