    @ViCustomerCare-No technician is visiting my home premises since 15 days and updating false in system , what kind of pathetic service vodafone is providing. Why Vodafone is hiding and trying to save technician, all complaints are getting closed without solving any problem.

    @ViCustomerCare why is it so difficult to reach a customer representative when your assistant is useless. Through call or chat... useless. Shall I port to other service provider. Been an hour waiting for receiving OTP from bank for trx but no luck. No wonder you are sinking.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm using Micromax in 1, it's support carrier aggregation. Used in Airtel but never got on Vi. @gyan therapy

    @ViCustomerCare When people have subscribed for unlimited pack for year and with 100 sms per day, why are SMS not being sent from Vi. Your chat app and customer service nos have no option to talk to customer service executive too. Everytime could not send message received.

    @ViCustomerCare- I want to know from Vodafone which technician has visited my home and told that it’s a temporary problem, why Vodafone is giving me stupid reasons and not able to solve problem, why Vodafone is making false promises, or just want to earn money like this.
