@ViCustomerCare @TRAI I suppose Vi Mumbai needs to stop fooling the customers and pretending to resolve customer complaints. Requesting TRAI to intervene into the said issue for a immediate resolution since my Postpaid us deactivated since 04 Dec 2021 without my consent.

@TRAI VI (@ViCustomerCare) doesn't care abt your guidelines on dispute, in an on going dispute with Vi they disconnected my services and behaved like that I am a defaulter, have all recording with me. Will file a complaint against them in @TRAI and will also fill a case in court.
