    @ViCustomerCare been to store 3 times but couldn't get my prepaid sim replaced. They give lame excuse that my KYC is not done, also not willing to do fresh KYC. If KYC is not done how my sim is working now?? Very bad experience with Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Why even after activating my plan and having the validity of my plan until April 2023, you have disabled my service? Your service is as pathetic as your network is. Activate my services right away

    Tell me to pay the amount and then say it would be credited again. You need to work on providing better solutions. Seriously, this isn't done. I have faced many probs and having this issue on a working day has made it worst with no actual solution coming from you. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Now they have switched off my service.. no one from the customer care was kind enough to explain the bill amount!! How in one night can magically change!! From 480-5000.. by messaging correct, how does it explain it is correct, may i please have a contact whom i can talk to??
