@ViCustomerCare the 4G network in #Varanasi north and northwest area has become very poor lately. I've been a subscriber since last 10 years and it has never been so bad. Switches to 2G most of the time. I do not want to leave VI so asking u to help.

@ViCustomerCare Instead of advertising please be a customer centric actually my Internet surfing problem since 3 month but there is no any solution at VI. Also just now word with yuvraj, very rudely treat us. Better advise close your shop and stop making a fool to us
