@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @VodafoneGroup I am much depressed and feel cheated by Vi network. Internet speed is very slow and not able to meet my official activities. Too much call drops in Vi network. I used CUG number and lots of lodged complaint about this but still same.

@VodaIdea_NEWS some news for you, your @ViCustomerCare is not capable of solving customer problems. Despite of sending mails, various calls and msgs, I still get the same response and your team everytime is asking me the same set of questions to lodge a fresh complaint.

@DoT_India still no end to @BSNLCorporate gettin disconnected esp. landline. Despite escalating since 2yrs no action by @ViCustomerCare Vi needs all call details every time issue is raised & then complaint is closed statin all services active. Repeated mental trauma. No resolution. 1/2

@ViCustomerCare I'm not able to place any call from 2 days as I get "person is busy" even I've balance & validity. Your customer executive asked me to wait for 24 hrs and it's really frustrating.
