@ViCustomerCare I don't understand why VI network is so bad. I'm getting so much trouble surfing internet or watching videos on YouTube. It lags and freezes during videocalls . Plz do something.

@ViCustomerCare Bought a sim 20 days ago, paid the plan charges, visited the store 3 times, called VI customer care 7 times, been a customer for 17 years, paid all bills on time and today finally I feel like porting. Worst service ever, no one takes responsibility!

@ViCustomerCare I don't understand what the problem with your company. There is a service outage since 10 days in my town. I think you don't care about customers. The condition is so worse that I'm even unable to send message for portability. Please restore network immediately..

@ViCustomerCare 9826138370 - Nandlal Soni This Same Number My father is using from last 25 Years Suddenly They Discontinued it.. and then sim went out of Service Went to Store.. Paid All the Charges For Postpaid Connection Then after taking Charges Within few days sim inactive

@ViCustomerCare i am not interested to share any details as the same details has been send by me remains the same, beside you can trace the same ,and even at any of the location your data network doesn't work . Either you are really worst to stay with you.
