@ViCustomerCare in one month i have 4 issue about internet connection and customer care said that will solve in 4 days so i have 4 issue and each one solved in 4 days so, 4*4 =16 so i didn't get your service 16 days in month what i do? My payment can't update any much more..

@ViCustomerCare hi I am using VI SIM card last 3 months by porting from Airtel. Thought that you will provide better network or better connectivity from them. but I was wrong you are worst than Airtel. Your tag line India's fastest 4g is wrong.

@ViCustomerCare The nonsense issue is very much there... I could not get my courier guy to deliver me my parcel as my Vodafone number was not available to him and he couldn't get through to me... I can send you the persons supervisor who could get through to me by 7.30 pm... Utter nonsense

@ViCustomerCare I really want a refund of my money as none of services promised to me are being delivered. There's absolutely no way I could use my internet at my home sitting in my room. None of the calls are connected, the network always switches to 3g even on the roof. @TRAI
