Need to dial again to connect or need to use calling applications over wifi as data is not at all working. It shows 4g but when we start using it, it becomes 2g. Everywhere at every location same issue. Need to wait until 90days period now to port out @TRAI @ViCustomerCare (2/2)

@ViCustomerCare First of all ADD A LINE IN UR IVR "to speak to our customer care". ****** there is no option in ur numbers. SECOND, CALL ME BACK, I hv nvr bn this furious. spend an hour trying to connect with u guy for a simple thing. Vi SUCKS

@ViCustomerCare i have placed the request to port my number from postpaid to prepaid .my request is rejected 2 times .and i have cleared all the dues and all the formalities also ..they make fool of costomer they dont listen to costomer.dont take vodafone service.worst company
