    @VodafoneIN hello vodafone team, I had tried since 5days to request for my network problem with less internet speed issue. I had conversation with Vodafone customer care. Told me changes the settings and change the network. But not working.

    So,during the lockdown, the customer care executive said the system is upgrading and we cnt help you on ur bills & can't give you the clarirty. Moreover, the @VodafoneIN hs barred my incoming - outgoing calls & SMS. @TRAI #falsebilling #notransparency #humiliation @journoprasoon

    @TRAI what are you doing for the worst network.of @VodafoneIN I have been sharing the result of Vodafon's Worst Network/Data connectivity test done with the help of your APP on regular basis. But I didn't see any improvement in the Network or Data of Vodafone 8n last 7 months.

    @idea_cares @Idea @VodafoneIN i lost my prepaid card approx 3 months ago and i go to your diffren 3store for new sim card but everytime its rejected and after that they told me you go to our main beanch at shahibaug, ahmedabad, but lock down applied now what can i do plz help me

    @VodafoneIN I'm your customer since last 20 yrs (since ESSAR >Hutch>Vodafone), And I have around 10 Vodafone numbers in use. Sorry to say but I have not seen the worst network condition which I am facing these days since last Six months. It's Worst. Forced to Porting Out all Nos.

    @VodafoneIN Having a 4g handset with your 4g sim, still unable to use LTE because your customer executive said that it is not enabled at their end and told to wait. Yes I am waiting for #Lockdown to be over and could get @airtelindia. Even another voda-sim is working fine on same

    @VodafoneIN I am not sure but for some reason or the other, the speed of mobile internet connection has gone down. And is adversely affecting our day to day activity.
