  @ViCustomerCare All these tickets are regarding network connectivity. I am not able to receive any incoming calls for more than 3-4 day. I have initially raised a complaint on 11th of May. But all these tickets are closed without even informing me.

  @ViCustomerCare 1) I have given an alternative number, why couldn't they call me for a resolution if they needed more information? 2) Is it even right to close a ticket without resolving the issue? Especially an issue like where the incoming call itself is not working ?

  @ViCustomerCare how many times I need to tell you please activate complete dnd . Dnd status shows activated but daily ad calls come . Every time I tweet and customer agent asks for details but ultimately no solution.the Worst network.Bunch of idiots are there as customer service

  Very dissatisfied system from @ViBusinessIndia. Cannot call directly with a customer executive to raise our concern/doubts. Calling 198,199 is not at all useful. @ViCustomerCare pls provide a valid contact no. Urgent matter....@VodaIdea_NEWS .
