@ViCustomerCare Consumer will port out from Vi to other network operator. Because of Network Issue All Over India. I belong to a Subdivision City But There is Zero Network Coverage While Jio, Airtel, BSNL Provide Good Quality Network Services.

@ViCustomerCare just got to know about the fraud @VodafoneGroup @idea doing in the name of unlimited free calls. not all calls are free and no where mentioned about that. And there customer care executive are there to make fun of users by saying everything mentioned on site.

I was writing an exam using Vodafone idea network because my other wifi having some issues. @ViCustomerCare . I lost 49 dollars due to the worst network. I urge all to not use Vodafone idea for any exam . Worst experience ever.

Today I got to know why @ViCustomerCare is failing and once a great company is loosing its customers at an enormous rate. Recently I switched from my VI postpaid to Vi prepaid whose service was said to resume within 4 hours

@ViCustomerCare Since yesterday my mobile do not have network coverage. I am not able to call anyone and important messages like OTP are also not coming to my mobile. Please resolve it. People will port out from VI if these type of issue persists. I am also planning same.
