  @ViCustomerCare internet signal almost nil. Please advise any bribery option for good internet as I suffer for long year. Otherwise send quantum of internet via post card by post office. I will pay post card price by money order. No need to reply back, need action not words.

  1/3 I ported my number 9241235759 from Jio to @ViCustomerCare expecting better service. VI later approved a Late Payment Waiver of ₹118. But after port-out to @airtelindia, the same waiver was reversed and added back into final dues.

  @ViCustomerCare The network keeps fluctuating constantly and it’s affecting my daily work badly. Sometimes pages don’t load at all, videos buffer endlessly, and apps behave as if there is no internet despite having full signal bars.

  Hey @ViCustomerCare, I haven't had any internet access since 9 PM last night. It's been almost 12 hours and the service is still down. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If this isn't resolved immediately, I will be forced to port my number to Jio. Fix this ASAP!

  @ViCustomerCare Facing very poor internet speed on my Vi postpaid numbers 9*****7719 and 91*****369 in PIN code 413116. Internet is very slow and unstable since many days. Please resolve the network issue urgently. #Vi #NetworkIssue

  @cmohry @ViCustomerCare Vi network service in haryana is so poor your own data stated 80% harayana is without 5g internet connection but you charge for 5g unlimited network why Vi of their is no 5g than you why charge for 5g in haryana.

  “5 days passed after ordering Vi SIM online. Even after complaint and 72-hour assurance, still no delivery, no update, no response. Very poor customer service and complete waste of customer time. Please solve this immediately @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare i want to port from Jio to Vi (prepaid) but it is showing service not available in my area (Guwahati, Assam), i dont have that much time to visit store. PS- for Postpaid service is there and its not right imho, should be availbale for prepaid too
