@vodafone @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 Not able to receive calls from last 1 mnth, while network is full n I can make calls, I raised issue multiple time to Customer care n they confirm it will resolve within 48 hrs but still not able to receive calls.

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS You should stop praising your network. And your Vi app is totally trash. You better update your app. I have to use Wi-Fi to recharge from your app because your network is pathetic. It always show "something went wrong". It takes 10-15 times to get one recharge done.

@ViCustomerCare Area: Farrukhabad. I have recharged my number with 4g pack of 4gb but i am getting 2g network from your company. I have called your customer executives 5 times but everytime problem gets solved by 2-3 days and network quality again goes bad. @ViCustomerCare
