@ViCustomerCare I've 14 Vi numbers in my family & employees. Tomorrow I will port all my Vi Mobile Numbers in Airtel or Jio. So be ready to loose 14 Vi Customers. Bcoz u dnt wanna listen to customer.i m sending msg frm 7:00 A.M morning. But no reply till evening & night.

@ViCustomerCare Tomorrow is the day when i will port my number to airtel or jio. Bcoz you Vi customer care just wanna eat the recharge. Yu dnt care for customer. So now tomorrow i will start porting. Thank U for not replying till evening. And Be happy by eating ₹95 Recharge

@ViCustomerCare I'm very much annoyed to this company. After talking to approximately 1 hr. No complaints registered. How a company can run where a CCE oneself becomes judges for customers problem. 198 comps system is A threat to customers health.

@ViCustomerCare Its a waste. Sorry to say but everyone at VI is just clueless and is of zero help. Now am told at mid night after somehow reaching out tht my new sim card is failed. And this no one from VI had courtesy to inform / rectify. Porting to @airtelindia or @reliancejio tomorrow.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I did a few recharges on Nov 7,2021. 3 recharges were unsuccessful & money was debited but we never received any refunds. No replies on mails, no resolutions from customer care. Does it take 25days to process the refunds?? DISAPPOINTING LIKE ALWAYS

@ViCustomerCare Worst thing I cannt port without paying their inflated Bill generated. My balance data will also lost. But all these things r not valuable than my health. Do action against these CCEs or loose customers. 198 is especially for complaints.
