    @ViCustomerCare Tomorrow is the day when i will port my number to airtel or jio. Bcoz you Vi customer care just wanna eat the recharge. Yu dnt care for customer. So now tomorrow i will start porting. Thank U for not replying till evening. And Be happy by eating โ‚น95 Recharge

    @ViCustomerCare I've 14 Vi numbers in my family & employees. Tomorrow I will port all my Vi Mobile Numbers in Airtel or Jio. So be ready to loose 14 Vi Customers. Bcoz u dnt wanna listen to customer.i m sending msg frm 7:00 A.M morning. But no reply till evening & night.

    @ViCustomerCare 2. Am I expected to update my PIN code every time I travel or move to a different area? The issue is clearly related to OTP delivery and network/service performance, not to a particular location.

    @ViCustomerCare I have reported the issue, this level of unprofessional support & system down issues is not tolerable. Also don't expect me to renew the system this time & I don't need your sales team to call me for renewals as I am already exploring other vendors for the internet.

    @ViCustomerCare More than a month. Still no resolution. Postpaid-to-Prepaid migration requested on 2 May. Payment completed. Proof shared. 50+ calls made. Result: Number disconnected and incorrect bill generated. How long does it take to verify a payment and fix a #customer account #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare 1. Dear Vodafone Team, Please avoid following practices that create unnecessary inconvenience for customers. I am facing OTP delivery issues across multiple locations, yet I am being asked location-specific questions such as updating the PIN code.
