So be ready to loose 14 Vi Customers. Bcoz u dnt wanna listen to customer.i m sending msg frm 7:00 A.M morning. But no reply till evening & night.

As a customer, it is extremely frustrating when there is no straightforward way to report such an issue and request a reversal.

Your support, behaviour & the way you value & serve a customer are genuinely commendable. Even after payment and lapse of 72 Hrs, several follow ups and calls to Customer Care @ViCustomerCare is not able to deliver a new SIM.
