    @pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

    @sharanyaar @VodafoneIN @airtelindia This s the main problem of customer care, they will tell us they will do somthings but nothing will be done. Different executives are responding for our problems, so that they will do the first step, then the other came in and do the same. But nothing more

    @VodafoneIN, I have never seen this much bad network in kerala in the past 2 months. Whoever using Voda is complaining that the network is worst. But still nothing happens to improve. This makes to change the provider.. Disappointed with your service.. 😔

    with the Red 399 plan and taxes have been paying nearly 500₹ per month for your service which is in maintenance half the time, finaly decided to opt out thanks to @VodafoneIN #Vodafonedown

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN I have DM to you days before, no use, I port my phone to another provider, this the major problem with #Vodafone customer service, past 10 day no solution for outgoing calld and network issue, but bill will generate on time

    @VodafoneIN Last month, one guy who said to be from Vodafone came to our office to check the range quality inside our building. I don't think there was any other measures taken to rectify the issue. Need much better actions to be taken from your side. Otherwise you will lose more customers.

    @VodafoneIN You have done nothing other than simply replying with the templates. Every complaints begins like this. Customers raise their issue. You will ask them to DM the details. Next few days You will say " we are working". Finally you will end, saying you have done the max.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea BTW, once you port from another state, here is no way to contact the old customer service. And Kerala customer service ppl r clueless about Bangalore bills & would keep telling you there is no bill. Is this some scam whereby innocent Vodafone customer s are being cheated?

    @VodafoneIN Hey this didn't work, just now I got disconnected from another call. This keeps happening, I have a jio sim card in my phone which works perfectly fine. So you can't say it's the problem with my phone. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I submitted my IR activation request on **5 June at 11:38 AM**. On **8 June**, I received an SMS from your network confirming that my IR request had not been processed. This directly contradicts your claim that the service was activated on 7 June

    @ViCustomerCare You guys don’t even think what the other person is suffering from. My dad is stuck with no network in Scotland and you guys have no answer. It has been more than 2 days that there is no network in his cellphone. Utter rubbish service!!!

    @ViCustomerCare No more dm now. It's 4 months now. I have spent my hard earned money in recharge but you are unable to provide me network then why I am wasting my money? Many important calls and msgs have been missed so far. Who is responsible for that?

    @ViCustomerCare My VI SIM has had “No Service” for the past 1 month. The network is completely down — no calls, SMS, or mobile data are working. My recharge is active, but the issue is still not resolved. Please look into this urgently and fix the problem

    @ViCustomerCare Debt and the worst performing telco in India. I have been loyal so far but looks like I need to switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio as my primary service provider. I sincerely hope such rude agents are reprimanded for their behavior when their calls are monitored. Shameful.

    The SMS clearly states 1GB/day for 7 days. It does not say the offer is valid only on the day I received the SMS. I received only the first day's 1GB. Please verify this with your technical team and register a complaint instead of giving contradictory information @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Don't pretend that you are doing something for me. The first time I called, your agent said "nothing can be done" and cut the call with a sorry. Now suddenly "we are here to help"? Action > Words. Either refund ₹199 or activate the plan shown in your app.
