  As per the @TRAI guidelines customer is allowed to change it's plan form postpaid to prepaid from home but after so many day's vi( Vodafone idea) @ViCustomerCare is not listening to its customers and not making this process easy. @TRAI please look into this

  @ViCustomerCare Finally the 3rd time I visited the Vi Mini store in 5 days, countless calls with Vi Customer Care, messed up my vacation, frustrated all the while and the problem remains unresolved🤔🙄🤭 Thank You Vi for this daunting experience please don't try to solve my problem ever again 🙏

  @ViCustomerCare Very bad service of network and then you want me to pay you have hired ladies that you want me to pay and they call customer and treat like a servant and they sent a agent to my house shared all bill details and asked to pay and harassed my mom plus @TOIMumbai @TOIIndiaNews

  @ViCustomerCare I am getting the stereo type answers without any concrete actions. VI is a third class network, there is no proper signals and no data in my residence from last 10 days. Prior to that also the problem was still there but the intensity of concern increased
