    @ViCustomerCare dear vi you have closed my complaint without even resolving it, my incoming and outgoing is not working please resolve this, I was able to make calls but suddenly it stopped.

    Looks like @VodafoneIN is about to close shop. They have adopted the motto 'Happy Not to Help'. Their customer service says something on call, response on email is different and their stores are clueless all the more. Difficult to continue with such a lousy operator...

    @ViCustomerCare I tried to send normal sms but since so many attempt when nothing happened I called your customer care and that is also very hard to reached. But your executive said if I want send single sms I have to recharged with minimum 128/- WTF. Seriously guys.
