    @ViCustomerCare Ma'am there is a provision for refund if requested within 24 hrs. I haven't used any service from that offer at all. Be reasonable and a little more customer centric. Kindly refund the amount @ViCustomerCare. Disappointed.

    @ViCustomerCare I live in Seven Bungalow Andheri West area. For last few days your network has become very weak in my area. I keep losing data every few minutes.

    @ViCustomerCare I've sent you the details. Transaction ID and the phone number. Cancel my last recharge (of 179) and refund the amount as soon as possible.
