@TRAI @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare I recharged ₹155 plan (24 days) on my Vodafone number. Incoming calls & normal SMS work, but I’m not receiving OTPs from Policybazaar, banks, etc. Vi says this plan “doesn’t support OTPs” — this violates TRAI’s essential SMS delivery rules.

@ViCustomerCare Enough is enough! Every single time — your network keeps loading and buffering. Calls drop, internet stuck, and zero improvement even after so many complaints. If this continues, I’ll stop using your sim and switch permanently to another network. Don’t test customer patience
