    @ViCustomerCare As per our last WhatsApp call, one of my family member called on 59059 to do televerification on my behalf from india but customer care suggested that you need to visit VI store in india with SIM card. TELL ME HOW IT IS POSSIBLE FOR ME TO VISIT VI STORE WHEN I ALREADY LEFT INDIA

My internet stop working since 9th November and I have raised a complaint through VI application and also contacted with customers care executive, they said your issue will resolved till 13th November,it will take four day?

    @airtelindia customer service is a farce! After 15 yr using same number according to their exec today my details don’t match When asked 2b connected to a senior- they have no senior available on duty Oh & if you complain- they say ‘aaram se baat karo🙄 Porting to @ViCustomerCare
