    @ViCustomerCare stop activating some sports pack or music pack randomly and then deducting my balance without my consent. This is becoming very frustrating as I had to call customer care everytime and then answer 10000000 questions to get my balance back. This is irritating.

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday i visited VI store for my update my surname and address for my prepaid they told me i need to get postpaid and then revert to prepaid after 3 months which seems fishy as i dont want postpaid. As a customer cant i just update KYC simply from app why is there this thing
