    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for replying finally. Got ur DM. So what's the use of advance technology, superior network, gigabyte network when end user can't use that and forced to use only 4G/2G. When ever calling/receiving call, signal goes to 2G mode.

    @ViCustomerCare There is no mobile network since morning. Moreover, in the last 2 days, the internet speed sucks. Fix it.

    @ViCustomerCare I don’t want anything checked I just want calls and messages to stop and to bring this into light that this is no way to try and retain a customer.

    So due to pathetic network I decided to switch from @ViCustomerCare to Airtel. And from the time I did the process I was further harassed all day by some 40-50 calls from different numbers dozens of messages saying my plans have been upgraded/changed per my request. 1/2

    From yesterday I have slow internet issue I try to contact many times in customer care but it didn't connect it's always say busy.I also register complain using vi app but still after 24 hrs I didn't get any reply @ViCustomerCare @vicompany

    @ViCustomerCare you failed to resolve the issue, I am not able to use basic feature of calling from mobile due to poor services of @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India please intervene.

    And they don't even have any customer care executive to talk and here they don't respond (or respond late). @ViCustomerCare asked me to share screenshot n when I shared a valid proof they didn't replied. They promised 3gb but gave only 1.5 gb.
