@ViCustomerCare Today I called in your company to complain about the network but talked to an officer named Ashish, he said that if there is more trouble, then get the number ported, only then your company is going in loss.

@ViCustomerCare Till now I have changed my handset 2 times. And as a solution msg rcvd from Vi is "Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. BHR-V01026261643 and found that the issue is possibly related to your mobile handset. Please check our services by inserting your Vi SIM in another mobile

@ViCustomerCare #NoNetworkSignal Reminder - 13. for 100th time I have shared the details with Vi about No N/W Signal at my place in my block. For 100th time they are asking for 3 days to resolve this issue. Tall claims by Vi, but small issues they are unable to solve.

@ViCustomerCare Uts better for me to switch if I fail in sending sms for port then I will go for legal. The number i am using for 10 years. And if i will unable to semd message for port to @BSNLCorporate then I will go for legal, it about 3 to 4 months since I am unable to send message.
