    @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare your customer care executives need training. I moved to the US a week ago. I had recharged my VI number with a 295 IR pack before leaving India. Lo and behold, it doesn't work. And your CC guys are asking me to recharge with Rs. 995 or 6,995. WTH!

    @ViCustomerCare Inspite of repeated reminders and post more than 48 hours, my postpaid card has still not been activated into prepaid card. I think it's high time to port to other network

    @ViCustomerCare I am not received any single call from your side... my number is active..... it is common answer for not provide solution....that number is not connected... Vodafone is not interested to refund deposit...that's y give foolish reasons..
