  @ViCustomerCare Hi Sir, I do follow up for FRC since 4-5 days and i sent email also call over phone but still waiting for recharge. Please let me know when FRC will be complete and i got information today recharge will be done 12.00 pm but not yet done. Please help me.

  @ViCustomerCare 1. Since when are you facing this issue? 2nd August 2. Can you let me know if the issue is with all the numbers or particular number? All numbers 3. Issue? Even with Rs. 31 ISD pack, I am charged Rs. 15/min for UK calls (instead of Rs. 1.5/min as per the pack)

  @ViCustomerCare Still the issue not resolved... please make the numbers available for selection again which is blocked but order not placed..Need to get new SIM else I will buy other Operator SIM..

  @ViCustomerCare your net sucks so badly, leave high quality files, even YouTube takes 5 minutes to open. Please do something, Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
