    @hotstar_helps Hey there! Apparently, it was a network issue with my @ViCustomerCare network. Switched to @Airtel_Presence and it worked fine. Network is okay right now, but I hope it stays available for the match tonight 🤞Thanks for the response!

    .@ViCustomerCare I escalated my issues of no signal at my house in January of this year. The technician visited, realised there was no signal, and said it will be solved in 2 weeks. It has now been 9 months, and still no solution.

    @ViCustomerCare He abused me in filthy language he told me that he is from customer care service @VodafoneGroup plz search the number and person who threaten me and abusing in filthy language it is ur duty to take actions against that person as per true caller number is from Vodaphone customer

    @ViCustomerCare hello sir I am very much old to vi as much as 17 years but I am facing much issue in voice and data network getting frustration to change different services provider so understand my situation if possible do something or else you will lose the customer

    @ViCustomerCare I have sent the number on which I'm facing the issue. Even after blacklisting the VAS, balance is getting deducted. Its getting out of hand.

    @ViCustomerCare You are basically not helping in anyway. You are just deducting money based on services which the customer is not even aware of. Moreover, blacklisting or stopping the services is also not helping to stop deducting money from account.
