    @ViCustomerCare I’ve associated with your network for mor than 15yrs. Ever since I moved from Chennai to Vizag due to pandemic last year, I’m having a horrible time with your network. Raised multiple complaints but no use. Finally I was asked to port my network from (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare Vi TN to Vi AP Unfortunately, I tried it, but new SIM card is not working in my iPhone, but working in other phones. Called customer, but no use. Reached Vi store, they are asking me to throw my iPhone and buy a new one. Now I can’t port another network too (2/2)

    I don't have internet connection form Sunday early morning so called to customer care for help a lady received the call I'm not satisfied with his answer nor behaviour so ask her to transfer this call to his superior she said I'm generating a callback request @ViCustomerCare
