@ViCustomerCare poor response from customer care and they don't have any answer related to our query so they cut the call in between of conversation . Since 2005 I have postpaid connection of idea company and I didn't have any issue before merger but after that issue keep going.

Hi this is xxx900 I'm using idea from a long year time but now I'm facing very worse speed how I use my data when I'm not getting browsing surfing speed am already a complaint and give report complaint solved but realty is not solved @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS
