    @ViCustomerCare Worst Internet , No missed call alerts even after activating by main balance for an year. And now unable to talk on 4G network because of fluctuating voice of called person. Unable to send messages to Airtel number. Refund my all money i have recharged for

    @ViCustomerCare I cant access my internet at all as the internet connectivity in my area is worst. Even the @Jio tower is near 100m from my village. I personally know 50+people who have ported there VI sim to another operator.

    @ViCustomerCare All the download and upload speed is fine but whenever I try to play online games using VI why there is a continuous 200-300 ping? I tried different locations, devices and sims but this issue is only with VI. This issue may lead to shift at other sim operators.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I have had the worst experience of using Vodafone. What a terrible service. You block sms service if not used even if I pay for it?? I need my sms services reactivated immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare @Vodafone_CEO I lodged a complaint for slow net speed n got ur reply stating that my area doesn't hav coverage, so m wondering howcome I m using ur service since more than 12 years. Also, should I port out if my area doesn't hav ur coverage? Pls suggest.
