@ViCustomerCare Hi On 24th i submitted request for postpaid to prepaid but yet not active.also called to cc but she denied call with lame excuses.i shared docs and process with vi Store personal visit. Vi Store given prepaid sim but which one not active yet.worst service.

Due to Vi sim I am unable to use internet banking. My current location ,Kant, Bishkek Kyrgyzstan. Here Airtel gives the best service. But Vi gives very bad service. I am paying a bill for vi service . I registered many complain since 1 may 2022 @ViCustomerCare @GoI_MeitY @TRAI
