    @F1VmwEWaly7E5CE @ViCustomerCare Hi, is your issue resolved? I am facing same issue in oneplus7. Even after sim card replaced. Jio VOLTE works fine without issue in my mobile in the second slot.

    After a continuous complaints on Vi app i am not able to get the network coverage inside my room while others operators are having no issue with that. Can you resolve or do i need to port ? @ViCustomerCare

    Thank you Spruha frm @ViCustomerCare for quickly resolving my issue, I appreciate it, if #vodafoneidea could tell it’s customers about this flash msg service who are not #techsavy, and old ppl who are vulnerable, to #cancelFlashSMS send ‘CAN FLASH’ to 144.

    Worst part is for important scheduled calls I manually switch the network everytime from LTE to 2G, to avoid any call drops! What are you guys at @VodafoneIN even serving to your customers in the name of LTE/4G? Pls get this sorted, ASAP. Been a week since I've been tolerating.

    @ViCustomerCare 20-67623004 today i got call from this number so suresh disconnect my call in between.. when you’re not able to listen and solve query of customer so is that the process of vodaphone to disconnect the call? neither he call back. reference no. MUM-V00467971394

    Ask them to stop calling me, I will raise complaint of mental harassment on u guys 62011227.I also have audio recording n I have requested them not to call me and email me if any concern but they just don't care. Please hire robot they will work better than them @ViCustomerCare
