However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Calls disconnect continuously and your team keeps saying “no network issue found.” Stop fooling customers and hiding behind scripted replies. People pay full money for services, not excuse
