    @VodafoneIN is in complete blackout here in my town from past 3 days. What a shame for the company. You guys should have atleast warned the users so that they wouldn't have suffered this much.

    @ViCustomerCare extremely disappointed with the VI customer care. After porting the number they have called more than 30 times in 2-3 hours with the same questions and everytime promising that no further calls will be made and also false information were provided.

    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare I am having vodafone mobile connections and network problem is present indoors & outdoor. I must say very pathetic company who just wants to earn revenue and is not interested in providing customer services.

    @ViCustomerCare No network signal on my main postpaid connection past 24 hrs. For ths level of service I am using postpaid service? Horrible service standard of company. Hv strong feeling to port out to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for better connectivity.

    @ViCustomerCare Team, my internet speed related issue for postpaid mobile number 9015943329 is pending more than 1 year and its very pathetic response from your team. net speed at my home address is very slow and I have been tired repeatedly raising my complaint. Very very pathetic response
