    @VodafoneIN is in complete blackout here in my town from past 3 days. What a shame for the company. You guys should have atleast warned the users so that they wouldn't have suffered this much.

    (1/6) @ViCustomerCare I have been using my Idea sim from May 2013. It has been my only primary number since then. All of a sudden it stopped showing network from yesterday morning. When I talked to the customer care I was told that my number shows active in the system.

    @ViCustomerCare one common answer by VI :our team is working on it. Worst experience i have ever had in the era of 4G and 5G. Vodafone gives you 2G and that too in metro city. Thinking to change other network provider. @ViCustomerCare

    @AkshayP56139252 @ViCustomerCare Why don't you port out? I can't as I am not currently in the city where I reside? Why bear the brunt and listen only to "have patience, we are extremely sorry, the area where you are does not have strong signal strength..blah blah..

    @ViCustomerCare And now my 2 month unlimited recharge is going worst because of no signal. Now I have decided when my recharge will about to expire i will 100% port my sim to Airtel. No more with VI. Your advertising is only like ' Naam ka Unlimited ' kaam me 0. Thanks 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare currently I am using VI network and it is so inconsistent. In my college premises network automatically goes to 2g from 4g inside my college. Could you do something asap please, otherwise I have to port my sim to some other network.
