    @VodafoneIN is in complete blackout here in my town from past 3 days. What a shame for the company. You guys should have atleast warned the users so that they wouldn't have suffered this much.

    Dear @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare being a customer since 2013 it's very taugh to switch your network for a little request (upgrade to 4g) which has refused by your support staff in cc.

    I have recently moved to USA. My Vodafone number is not working here although it had sufficient account balance. I am not able to get any signal in this no - 9774191866. I am trying to get an lSD pack from here but it says its not possible @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare

    This is very sad that how customers from NESA are deprived of all the facilities. I am trying to change the circle. They said that is also not possible from my home state. I am frustrated with the service. I am not able to get my OTPs. @ViCustomerCare @vodafone
