    @VodafoneIN is in complete blackout here in my town from past 3 days. What a shame for the company. You guys should have atleast warned the users so that they wouldn't have suffered this much.

    @ConsumerCourt_ I have been complaining to @ViCustomerCare since 30th March regarding internet issue but they haven't resolved the issue yet neither they are refunding my recharge amount. Please take strict action against them and ask them to refund my recharge amount of Rs 699

    @ViCustomerCare My complaint no 4-115128906222 raised on 09-04-2021. Today I received a call from call center. Executive asked me details and told me to hold he is checking details. He disconnected the call. I just called called to call center and came to know complaint is closed

    @ViCustomerCare when it comes to switching from post paid to prepaid ,you think forcing people to visit a store in person might help deter them from changing their plan.the customer care said the DOT mandated it which I believe is 💩 @DoT_India

    Dear @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare, try to improvise your network. Calls are dropping frequently due to network issues in my area for both Idea and Vodafone sim cards. Highlighted this issue for couple of times, but no resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare Honorable Sir and Mem every day after going to all my districts there is no Vi Tower from it I am a student I have a lot of problems if the problem is not solved Visim I have to change
