    @VodafoneIN is in complete blackout here in my town from past 3 days. What a shame for the company. You guys should have atleast warned the users so that they wouldn't have suffered this much.

    @ViCustomerCare Can you please tell why I am paying for both mobile data and phone calls if I can't do anything with your network. In my area I'm unable to use any of the services by Vi. @JioCare and @airtelindia networks are way better than yours in this area. pincode: 242303

    @ViCustomerCare I am not sure what's wrong with VI as in this pandemic and people are dependent on network for office and other important works but they don't even care. It's been 8 days now since facing bad network in my area and they don't even care. #vidown

    @ViCustomerCare vi social media team complaint no. C004 - 116037341647 on vi Dombivli west store. It's unresolved yet, store manager not agreeing with to convert to prepaid. Whose going to Help now ? Do I have to move to Other Telecom Operators

    Vodafone idea providing a very high quality service....... at starting you will get high speed internet but after few days you will realise that you made a big mistake by using Vi. #Vi_making_people @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare
