I can't even receive a single OTP or any service/banking message properly because there's hardly any network. But somehow, the bills always arrive on time. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.

No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

Biswa (@broutray) reported@DoT_India Is samchar sarathi built to help the customer or just another website/app to meet the telecom compliance ? I have raised a complaint for spam SMS/call. Provided the screen shot as well. @ViCustomerCare responded stating that they can't act bcoz there was no trace.
