    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is working since 1.5 yrs to get network facility well . Yet they are nowhere to optimum success.. As per my condition there is no building blockade or anything. Vi Just using a lame excuse since 1.5yrs.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare After repeated requests seen no change in network position in my local. Still 2G service. Very disappointed by your negligent staffs. It seems u r nt interested in doing business of telecom. So ur staffs r forcing us to leave Vi

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 my Vodafone network connection is very poor, facing lot of trouble due to very poor service of network by Vodafone service provider. Please look into the issue and resolve it.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Spruha, My friend stays away from social media. And his phone is burnt due to short circuit. Please arrange to get them a SIM from a nearby service point.

    @ViCustomerCare Your service is pathetic, however you say ookla certified India's fastest internet but ookla's site does not open using vi4G.

    @ViCustomerCare not getting network from the past 4 days, what's the profit to keep postpaid of yours, all emergency services kept on hold because of your service. No one getting network around this place. Fed up of your service.

    @ViCustomerCare The issue was raised on 25th March , r u still working on it . What about my refund u guys are damm crooks . Took my money 400 days ago no product no service delivered no refund provided .

    @ViCustomerCare to register a complaint for no signals you want me to an otp on SMS from you... but how will I get an otp on sms when there are no signals.... am I missing something somewhere 🤔

    @ViCustomerCare my friend's sim card got corrupted and she wants new sim card, her card is of mumbai but she is right now in gujarat. customer center is refusing to provide new sim bcz card is of mumbai. please help.
