Dear @ViCustomerCare After repeated requests seen no change in network position in my local. Still 2G service. Very disappointed by your negligent staffs. It seems u r nt interested in doing business of telecom. So ur staffs r forcing us to leave Vi

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is working since 1.5 yrs to get network facility well . Yet they are nowhere to optimum success.. As per my condition there is no building blockade or anything. Vi Just using a lame excuse since 1.5yrs.

@ViCustomerCare @trai.. after trying all option for DND ,Vi sends numerous sms every day .. I ask Vi let me know how to block or put DND to ur promo, adv sms’s, it’s so disturbing from Vi put a stop to all this nonsense sms’s and if possible improve service.

@ViCustomerCare After many follow ups with customer care and local store visit nobody is ready to help me. Vodafone idea send me a big bill to me with add Amazon prime subscriptions and all without my permissions. This not a good behaviour.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI I hv sent sms to 1909 and did all in app to block … but I am disturbed by Vi.. I am disgusted with Vi adv,promo sms … pls stop on my both numbers 9822320001 and 8888806889 .. or else I will port to other service .. after DND why Vi why????? Stop sms’s Vi
