    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is working since 1.5 yrs to get network facility well . Yet they are nowhere to optimum success.. As per my condition there is no building blockade or anything. Vi Just using a lame excuse since 1.5yrs.

    @ViCustomerCare I had raised my query to port my number from bsnl to vi 4 days ago and till now it is not ported. I was told it will be ported in 3 days. I have received the sim and it is also showing the network but BSNL sim is still active.

    Absolutely shameless behaviour and pathetic “International Roaming” @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Visited Mexico for an official visit from 17-23 April. Activated “IR” pack for the same. Did not latch on to any network even once. Had to buy a Saily eSIM to stay connected 1/2

    What stupid customer care service you guys have @ViCustomerCare Called your customer care no twice, couldn't get connected to the customer agent... Why the hell do you keep customer agents? Just for time pass!! We don't have time to do so!

    @ViCustomerCare Till now Vi team is unable to provide resolution on the raised ticket. Resolution due date was 6th May and issue of number disconnection is still there

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, I haven't had any internet access since 9 PM last night. It's been almost 12 hours and the service is still down. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If this isn't resolved immediately, I will be forced to port my number to Jio. Fix this ASAP!
