    @ViCustomerCare pathetic network...took almost 3 weeks to convert in to prepaid from postpaid...and u have sent 4 digit pin for verification and ur ivr asking 5 digit pin for activation.... cheers to u guys... I made a big blunder by choosing @VodafoneGroup
