    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is working since 1.5 yrs to get network facility well . Yet they are nowhere to optimum success.. As per my condition there is no building blockade or anything. Vi Just using a lame excuse since 1.5yrs.

    @ViCustomerCare and you are asking me to go to a Vi centre to fix this and do re verification really. I have never seen any network doing this even after having plans in active who gave you the rights to disconnect my calling this is terrible. No wonder you are losing customer.

    @ViCustomerCare manytimes people complained that my number is out of network while im seating at same place when after 15 minutes or half an hour call connects. raised complaint via app 3 days ago issue still not solved.

    @ViCustomerCare this ridiculous!!! Im getting calls everyday despite being on DND and raising this issue multiple times. If you cant figure this simple thing yet(per your DM's), you have bigger issues in managing your business & customers so why try to retain them?

    Still waiting for a proper resolution/refund despite sharing all details, tickets, and explaining that SIM exchange is not possible because the original owner is outside India. Requesting Vi to please resolve the matter fairly. @ViCustomerCare @nch1915 @ConsumerVoiceIn
