    Dear @ViCustomerCare After repeated requests seen no change in network position in my local. Still 2G service. Very disappointed by your negligent staffs. It seems u r nt interested in doing business of telecom. So ur staffs r forcing us to leave Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Dont you guys use a network planning tool? Dont you monitor your network statistics? Why dont you share the calldrop kpi publicly. Or why dont you expose cell overcrowding kpi, dont you use RRC measurements for optimization?

    @ViCustomerCare After raising multiple requests, still no improvement in network quality. 413202 check this zipcode and you tell me you are providing service here or just joking. I can share results of all network test apps here if you want.

    @ViCustomerCare bought new sim of my existing postpaid mobile no. 9877661155,its sim no. 89910273304001326933.its been 2 days, sim is still not working. I took sim from vi store, uttrahalli, bangalore. See attached photos.
