@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is working since 1.5 yrs to get network facility well . Yet they are nowhere to optimum success.. As per my condition there is no building blockade or anything. Vi Just using a lame excuse since 1.5yrs.

@ViCustomerCare Thanks for providing the worst data speed ever. Even after several complaints the issue was not resolved. Infact the complaints were closed without resolving it. And the best part, they are ok with that I'm going to Port my no yo another network.

Delayed OTP and call hangup after every couple of minutes is another gem into the service record of this useless carrier VI. @ViCustomerCare you are just the worst as always. @TRAI must provide immediate response to such issues. @jagograhakjago

Thank u @ViCustomerCare .I had a long relationship with Vi services and ur net speed was also good but U have "Worst" customer support forcing me to change my services now..Hope u improve ur services and don't let/ force other loyal customers to switch .
