    Dear @ViCustomerCare After repeated requests seen no change in network position in my local. Still 2G service. Very disappointed by your negligent staffs. It seems u r nt interested in doing business of telecom. So ur staffs r forcing us to leave Vi

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is working since 1.5 yrs to get network facility well . Yet they are nowhere to optimum success.. As per my condition there is no building blockade or anything. Vi Just using a lame excuse since 1.5yrs.

    @ViCustomerCare Just hurting you does not help.. your network is a joke .. its the worst in the whole world.. how do you justify your high tariffs with such a poor network, I lose business as incoming calls do not get through- only spam telemarketer calls are wllowd by u & OTP does not come

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare your services are getting worse day by day.I am using Vi from long time along with my Jio number if compared both Vi services are very poor.I registered a complaint on 18th June for network issue still nothing happen. Still not getting network

    @ViCustomerCare I have been cheated by VI. I did request online port on June 13 but Still did not get my sim yet. I did complain many times but they did not call back to me later. I am tired now. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare you guys are automatically activating VAS services and charging money. It happened last month and it happened again today.This is FRAUD. Remove the service and refund the money. YOU ARE FRAUD AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO PORT TO OTHER NETWORK AFTER THIS BILLING CYCLE

    @ViCustomerCare Last ticket got closed without resolution, new ticket is raised and your team is asking all details all over again! This has been done multiple times, but no improvement in Network coverage.

    @ViCustomerCare last 7 yrs trying to stop the postpaid number, everytime vi customer agent asked for noc for my personal number. I dont want to use your service and would suggest everyone not to use VI.

    @ViCustomerCare I am been given contradictory information from your services all the time. I want to migrate from Postpaid to Prepaid but some customer service agents say I can't do it for 90 days while the store manager says I cant do it for 180 days. What's wrong with you all?
