    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is working since 1.5 yrs to get network facility well . Yet they are nowhere to optimum success.. As per my condition there is no building blockade or anything. Vi Just using a lame excuse since 1.5yrs.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare After repeated requests seen no change in network position in my local. Still 2G service. Very disappointed by your negligent staffs. It seems u r nt interested in doing business of telecom. So ur staffs r forcing us to leave Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Can your excellency at Vodafone Idea explain why the VoLTE service is still down. You mentioned that you will revert back, but so far no outcomes. I have a genuine question - whether you will refund the rental for the duration of your call services being unusable?

    @ViCustomerCare You can try calling my number and you will observe that the call does not connect. Without the VoLTE service having a Vi sim is as good as nothing. This has been happening frequently and I see no permanent solution offered by Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare VI office done the process of Sim change for 03 time in 03 days but every time request was declined. Didn’t get reply from VI office/ customer care. Today out of frustration I Port my 05 years old No in Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare I have done recharge for 84 days on my Vodafone number in June 2022 and today I received a message of Recharge Validation Expired. I mean how? I faced the same issue in May 2021 as well. I want validation for both months. Its ridiculous fix this.

    @ViCustomerCare Scam alert - VI will sell you postpaid numbers with no network, prepaid number can get suspended and the customer care wont notice your tweets and concerns about the existing issues with the number. This is how you retain customers? Got 4 VI numbers in the fam gotta port 😡
