  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is working since 1.5 yrs to get network facility well . Yet they are nowhere to optimum success.. As per my condition there is no building blockade or anything. Vi Just using a lame excuse since 1.5yrs.

  @ViCustomerCare I need help asap , this is frustrating for me as it has caused me serious issues which need to be resolved asap. FYI, I've tried everything from network settings, Reset, switching in-between Airplane mode & changing sim slot & cleaning dust as well.

  @ViCustomerCare Highly disappointing state of aftersale service and spare parts availability. Filter of Viomi S9 Robotic vacuum cleaner is neither available today nor was available six months back. This is the state of affairs in a place like Bengaluru.

  @ViCustomerCare i am using postpaid services since last 20 years but nowadays you guys are increasing the tariff and Plans without customer consent and willingness. Y one should continue with Vi? Better alternatives are already available..
