    @VodafoneIN worst ever service I m facing since last 3-4 weeks, it seems like no one is cared about customer service and after sales service. Even after complaining so many times, only getting replies that due to lockdown and limited staff. So better u don't charge us.

    @VodafoneIN We are facing network issues here in this location. This has become a quite frequent phenomenon in last couple of weeks. Network indicator shows 4G but calls are getting dropped. Sporadic Network. Please resolve at the earliest.

    @VodafoneIN is a complete disaster network to be used. call drops no proper 4g even after the full network. And this the condition in city i wonder what would be in rural areas.they just have a perfect software for bill reminder.and its not from few days.

This aligns with India's KYC rules for verification. TRAI doesn't mandate the distance, but store availability varies. Check if your device supports eSIM—SMS "eSIM <email>" to 199 for possible conversion without travel. If issues persist, contact TRAI for escalation.
