    @VodafoneIN worst ever service I m facing since last 3-4 weeks, it seems like no one is cared about customer service and after sales service. Even after complaining so many times, only getting replies that due to lockdown and limited staff. So better u don't charge us.

    @VodafoneIN I was charged unfairly for VAS which I didn't subscribe to. But no one will attend to my complaint and the response I got was terrible and not satisfactory.

    @VodafoneIN We are facing network issues here in this location. This has become a quite frequent phenomenon in last couple of weeks. Network indicator shows 4G but calls are getting dropped. Sporadic Network. Please resolve at the earliest.

    @VodafoneIN is a complete disaster network to be used. call drops no proper 4g even after the full network. And this the condition in city i wonder what would be in rural areas.they just have a perfect software for bill reminder.and its not from few days.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup When I use my Vi at my village I thought I moved in 1979. Not a single Signal capture in my phone when I entered in my room from main gate. Every time I have to stand out side of my house to make a call or searching something in Internet.

    @ViCustomerCare Re: SR with reference number DEL-V00747136995 is re-opened and will be processed by 22 Dec 21. Issue still pending since more than two years. @rmstakkar sir kindly intervene as I don't want to port out from VI. Your customer care is hopeless sir, need improvement.
