    @VodafoneIN It's a fact. Your customer care called me up and wasnt able to converse due to the range issues. This should summarise the experience I am having. Porting seems to be the only solution.

    @ViCustomerCare tried to convert my existing VI post paid sim to eSIM. Lost the entire network which was at least showing and it’s been 24 hrs. First thing to do is to apply for a duplicate sim and port out from this stupid network !

    Now this one- Hi, we have resolved your network complaint no. UPE-V00862326474. With this, you should not face any further network issues. Just in case you arent happy with our resolution, you can appeal at 198(Toll Free) within 30days. @ViCustomerCare are u a laughter company?

    @varund @ViCustomerCare All the tecom operator uses 198 as their Customer service no. Including Jio. It depends from which operator you are calling.
