    @VodafoneIN I weren’t occupied. It’s your network problem. Please work on your network first and then try to contact me. Also please let me know at the earliest via Twitter or call if you cannot work on this issue. At least I will look for any alternate solution.

    @VodafoneIN It's a fact. Your customer care called me up and wasnt able to converse due to the range issues. This should summarise the experience I am having. Porting seems to be the only solution.

    @VodafoneIN @rsprasad @TRAI Vodafone services are really bad. The network most of the times does not work and the response from their customer service is even pathetic. They claim that they will solve it and apologise a million times .. that is it.. it still does not work.

    @ViCustomerCare ... Improve your customer services. Have been trying to contact CC executive for a week. There is no such options on IVR. Store location mentioned on the website/app is outdated and there seems to be no store around. Unable to send SMS despite active SMS pack.

    @ViCustomerCare Regarding my home being far away, do you have some space near your tower, I can move my home near you. Why dod @TRAI allowed operators to sell SIM where they can't provide service. I am doing recharge for a service which I can't get because my home is far from tower.
