    @VodafoneIN You’re supposed to be improving the coverage in Colaba, Mumbai, not reducing it! I even got a call from you over a month ago for the exact location. Yesterday my Vodafone number & 2 others lost complete network in a part of my home where I used to get low network.

    I am loyalist of @VodafoneIN from last 15 yrs & a very high user at high price thinking that it’s a global telecom company with professionalism & ethics. It was shattered last month, when they approached by international roaming issue with utter absurdity! #LeaveVodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare It was my worst decision to recharge internet pack in idea.Once you recharge ,you get back to ten years ago where one can enjoy 2g internet and unlimited call drops.
