    @VodafoneIN i am using Vodafone number and aft Vodafone took over Idea i am facing hell lot of issues. In my room i get Idea 3g, Idea 4g, Vodafone 4g and nw ***** frequently. I i my want Vodafone nw alone no idea plz. Whats way to do that. Nw manual select not helping.

    More than 72 working hours after I applied for a new sim cos my phone was stolen More than 48 hours after I complained on Customer Care number More than 24 hours after my Tweet & your assurance of assistance Result - Nothing as yet @VodafoneIN do not deserve my loyalty

    @VodafoneIN You’re supposed to be improving the coverage in Colaba, Mumbai, not reducing it! I even got a call from you over a month ago for the exact location. Yesterday my Vodafone number & 2 others lost complete network in a part of my home where I used to get low network.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network ever. I used to be a Idea Fan few years ago because of its 3G speeds but now the situation has become so worst that even if I want too receive a OTP I have to climb my terrace and this doesn't work either. Complained a few times but no response.

    @ViCustomerCare no DATA network in my area from last 10-15 days! I do get normal network where I can make calls but even after trying out every possible “solution” I am facing same prob along with everybody else in my locality! It shows 3G or 4G bt the loading symbol on all apps

    @ViCustomerCare The representative on call informed that resolution will be done in 90 days. Is this normal? Why then it was initially committed for 72 hrs. Will VI waive off my 90 days bills since I am not getting desired network? Pl clarify asap.

    @ViCustomerCare- since last 15 days no technician visited my home premises and Vodafone has updated wrong in there system as problem been solved and has closed down the complaint, what a bad and worst service from Vodafone, they just want to earn money without solving the problem

    @ViCustomerCare-Everytime you taking time and closing the complaint but the solution is zero, it was supposed to be solved on 21.01.2022, 27.01.2022 but you just fooling and harassing the customers, as per month you are earning 1200/- from postpaid family plan customer.
