  My @ViCustomerCare sim is blocked. Customer care of VI is harassing me. Yesterday they told me if i convert my sim to postpaid, they will unblock the sim. Today they are asking me to convert two family sim to postpaid. If i don't they won't unblock my sim. Please help @TRAI

  @ViCustomerCare This repeated delay is extremely frustrating. I've already paid for the service but haven't received the SIM. Please look into this urgently and either deliver my SIM immediately or provide a proper resolution. I can share my order details via DM. #Vi #MNP #CustomerService
