    @ViCustomerCare Hi, can you please look into this issue immediately instead of giving me dates , how do you expect me to wait when my SIM card isn’t receiving any signals. Basic things like making a call isn’t possible cuz of signals and you send such messages. I urge you to solve it asap.

    @ViCustomerCare Power cuts are normal things in villages but there is no power backup service at local cell tower, due to this no calls, SMS and no data services. We the VI users are facing this problem from the last one year. Kindly look into this matter and resolve the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare It seems 'force selling' is still an issue with vodafone. On 26th, voda sends me a message with HUNGAMA / SONGS subscription which I never made and charged 20 bucks. Your cc Ishika was of no help.Can you reverse the charges ?

    @ViCustomerCare I had to downgrade to from Volte to 4G/3G/2G to get the calling service from your side.I had to manually set it. How did @ViCustomerCare help me in this regard?
