    @ViCustomerCare found that my plan for msisdn 9899xxxxxx was changed on 24th Dec 2021 without my concern.  I have never requested for any plan change. Plz revert back the plan as previous as no request was made from my side on any plan change. Awaiting your response. #VIchorhai

    @ViCustomerCare officially offers the worst customer service! What a way to begin the day. Changes billing dates - has no answer as to why apart from ‘technical issue’, wrongly charged bills, doubly charged bills, and the list goes on..

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my Vi number on 6th January. The outgoing & incoming service validity are extended (I checked it on my Vi app.) But I can't make call and can't receive calls. I called Vi customer care and made complaint. Didn't get any solution so far. Pls check DM
