    @ViCustomerCare @SpyKaParivaar "Facing the same nightmare! Not only is the network non-existent, but I don't even get notified about incoming calls. And to top it off, you charge extra for 'Missed Call Alerts'? I pay for service, yet I get absolutely zero value. Is this a network or a joke? @ViCustomerCare

    @IndianTechGuide You are reporting Airtel connectivity issues. Coz you haven't seen @ViCustomerCare connectivity issues. Worse than anything

    @ViCustomerCare is getting worse day by day. I have been a user of Voda since 2006 with two connections, now as I am facing a issue with a recharge, when called customer care, they just disconnected in between without giving any resolution. It's such a hard work to connect them.

    @ViCustomerCare I faced challenge with soft sim of Vi, it either works on GSM or LTE/5G. When you get phone call hotspot doesn’t work. Not sure whether this issue is resolved now?

    @ViCustomerCare Sent the required details to your inbox. Kindly solve. None of the customer care lines are useful. Local Sivakasi postpaid office was closed 6 months back ! Then who is responsible for queries of postpaid customers in this area ?

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Already shared everything still no response from your side. Let me know if you are able resolve the issue otherwise I will switch to better one my all 6 postpaid connection. @TRAI We are not getting proper network after paying for the same.

    I have become fed up with @airtelindia/@Airtel_Presence and its non-resolution of complaints and its pathetic indoor connectivity. I wish to apply for MNP by becoming a user of @ViCustomerCare. I hope #ViCustomerCare has better indoor connectivity (cellular+internet). #MNP
