@mohsin_showkat @ViCustomerCare You are not only one. I'm also unable to use Internet. I'm even not getting 2G speed. It's taking 2-5 minutes to download an image. And whole day in downloading a video. Vi is only the worst service provider in the industry.

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare I want to Port in other network I also service validity upto 20 Dec 2021 and Plan Validity upto 14 Dec 2021 and also have main balance of around 7.47 Rs but due to the unethical policies of Vodafone I am unable to send SMS for generating UPC

@ViCustomerCare very poor customer care and fake recharges. One shud switch immediately from VI to any damn network as it's gud to quit as soon as possible . No resolution and no network.

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare still VI company not allowing customers to send UPC short SMS to 1900 after TRAI orders to implement it for public interest. When talk to customer care executive of @ViCustomerCare they said customer have to reacharge with minimum ₹128 to send SMS

@ViCustomerCare My Mob 9991451998. SIM giving trouble. Requested for replacement at home as per COVID norms and also sr. Citizen. They flatly refused and asked to visit VI store. I can't do due to medical reason. Any solution ?
