    @ViCustomerCare With vi now totally poor service. My elderly parents having internet issues and visiting 4times to store to fix but no luck. Sales people speak nicely but nothing will move. I am going port my parents sim to airtel. Frustrated

    @ViCustomerCare What a pathetic service you provide. 4G internet doesn't work like 4G anymore. Porting to jio at least it gives better complaint handling. I called to service center it didn't connect to any person. And bots advertise for such a long time.

    @ViCustomerCare also noticed that Vi appellate is always providing fake observation that he had visited my place, request you to pls help and resolve my issue as early as possible attaching herewith images of current status of network signal

    @ViCustomerCare I just get my 249 pack for 28 days and guess what... I survey amazingly poor connectivity and lost my 4g network. Waah! Because of that, I can't book my mom's train tickets. Which make me feel like a dumb ***. ... Please make your services great. @MIB_India
