No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

Could you please help me with the default SIM PIN or guide me on how to obtain/reset it? Also, please let me know how I can get the PUK code if needed.
