I done 698 non stop hero ulmllimited data plan for 56 days but my 300 gb data finished in 25 days and still 30 days remain to my plan ends and now I can't use data so kindly solve this problem AS SOON AS POSSIBLE @ViCustomerCare #HappyToHelp

@ViCustomerCare absolutely unhappy with your service for tacking on false charges for 180kb data usage on intl roaming on the last cycle, as my data roaming has been off for months. I’ll pay the bill, but I am watching out for all unjustified charges from your end.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, my issue got resolved , now I am able to access the sim, thanks for the support but please make sure customer shouldn't face such issue, 5 offline visit to VI store , lot of problem and escalation needed just for sim renew. Anyways Thanks for help.

@ViCustomerCare I don't think she is supervisor or what your network suck just giving sim for free and giving hard time to Cx for simple mistake that they don't have option for refund or cancel the recharge this in era such a backward company
