@AdityaBirlaGrp You really must look into the shoddy customer service by @ViCustomerCare. The customer care just ignores you halfway and leaves you hanging! Spoils the Group’s reputation. They must be more proactive and respond quickly to customer grievances and follow-up. #Fail

@ViCustomerCare absolutely rubbish service when I did recharge before my current pack expiry. Illogical data allocation. I did recharge of 901 Rs and promised to get 3 gb/day. But surprisingly I got only 1 gb/day. Called customer care and they happy to port out the customer.
