    @ViCustomerCare From morning I am seeing VI network was not available. When I call customer care team they are telling to clear cache and try again. Your service is really worst. Please fix my issue as soon as possible

    Very poor customer support, pathetic service. Executives are not responding properly,very rude and bad attitude and behaviour. Had a very worst response from Executive Ramya from anna nagar east vi center. Also there customer handling and verification is very poor.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI Sir, I don’t want to continue in this #vi network,since they don’t have 4g indoor coverage or vowifi. I have not completed 90 days to port to other networks.I am ready to pay penalty for porting before 90 days please guide. #vi they are not responding or no use.

    @ViCustomerCare I've purchased your Rs405 plan for vip access of vi movies and tv shows but its shows classic access only I've tried to fix it from my end please help with the issue kindly atleast reply

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team.I am thinking of porting out from "VI" network. Previously, when I recharged with 49 rs, there were 100 SMS available. But now we Just can't send any SMS. even you are not allowing us to send SMS by charging them. This is pathetic. We will complain to TRAI about this.
