    @ViCustomerCare 5 days back recharged my Vi sim with 219 !all of a sudden the sim has been blocked without intimation & they charged me 200 for re-activation! And now my 219 Recharged plan is not working! Are you scamming people!? Worst experience..

    @ViCustomerCare the next call I get I will port out of Vodafone with the entire family. This is horrendous harassment. Fix your system don’t blame the customer. Data is switched off, I will reiterate data has been switched off since I have landed in Dubai…….

No work on ground level just on advertisement.I am extremely unhappy with your service.I am going to change to other operator.Your Customer will decrease further and your company Will be vanished very soon.Then you will understand the value of customers.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi I have recharged with unlimited calling yesterday , also added some talktime but still can't make calls to any network . Can surf internet , can receive sms , cand send sms but unable to make calls . PLZ HELP
