    @ViCustomerCare I have been reporting my prblms at Vi Customer Service Center for the last 2 years but so far no help has come from Vi. Vi telecom internet and voice call service are extremely poor.The 5G internet connection is coming to India next year and Vi Telecom internet speed is still 2G.

    @ViCustomerCare Resolved! Continue enjoying a smooth, Super-Fast Data experience as your Network complaint with reference no. MNG-V00421826824 was a temporary issue which is successfully resolved by our team of dedicated Vi engineers. Sending message only not solve problems very bad still speed

    @ViCustomerCare I do not know when u will resolve my issue. Its been months following up. U guys asked me to deposit 5,000 I did that also. Now why my issue is still pending. Really irresponsible behaviour from customer service.
