@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI 30 calls a day for 5 days is what I had received upon porting. If you pick up even one call, they cancel your porting by stating that you asked for it. They are lying of-course. Vodafone also adds charges to your bill for international calls without you ever making one.

Finally ported from @ViCustomerCare and switched to the new network. Sad to see How good company came down to their lowest. 10yrs of random deductions, poor network, cheap services, and daily tantrums. Let's hope someday they remove non-working employees and regain their market

@ViCustomerCare Hi team, there is connectivity issues I.e 4G switches to 3G and same again switches to 2G. Unable to use data. Please intervene in this matter as I am paying data for 4G. Hope you will understand my concern and take prompt action ASAP.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Worst part was I was in hospital admitting my 4 year old who was diagnosed with a chronic, they were giving the ways to pay and calling me each hour to get reference number! Never in my life I switch to this guys even if it becomes a monopoly, that’s how they harassed me!

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Even Vi have harrashed me like that in now again doing the same, they have changed the plan without prior intimation. It costs me nearly 3times the previous plan for post paid. This is intentional looting from people. Horrible!

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I faced the same problem with vodafone for porting my number. They used to call and threaten to send cancel port message and I visited the bloody useless store for many times for the port...they will ruin ur life and peace of mind.
