    @ViCustomerCare I registered more than 30 complaints and still got the same reply. "Max optimization has been done by our team. We cant do more". What you are going to do now that's going to be different and will solve my problem.

    I have 8 GB of unused data because in my home network gets converted to 2G automatically. It's happening since winter started. Bought different carrier just sake of internet and using your sim just for incoming callsl service that too works sometimes only @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Very bad service. Low class executives. In 30 years of life I have never seen such unprofessional company and executives On 4th of July I paid 400 rupees and got a new vi postpaid connection.(9645550450) All payments done. Sim not workings. staf ego makes funnn

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor service from your Team. In spite of regular payment, your team barred the services of m2m numbers and not able to restore the services from last 2-3 days. WHO WILL RESOLVE THIS ISSUE?
