    @ViCustomerCare I'm extremely disappointed with your service. I'm facing repeated issues but no proper support is being provided. It feels like customers are only being charged without getting the service promised. Please resolve this urgently.

    Please check your system. The VI tower in our village (Moti Rafudad 361170, Lalpur, Jamnagar) is down. DG (generator) is not running and there is no network. Kindly start the DG and restore services urgently. @ViCustomerCare #VI #NoSignal

    Dear @JioCare @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia — I’ve used all 3 networks (Jio, Vi, Airtel), and still facing the same issues everywhere. My recharges are going to waste because I can’t properly use the services. Slow internet, frequent call drops, and poor connectivity daily problem

    @ViCustomerCare poor services being g provided. Not sending the network settings. Failed to compare with other network providers. Browsing can not be done facing inconvenience while opening ans site. Let the VI think and make the network speed better in future
