    @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

    @ViCustomerCare Most hopeless post paid service providers. No resolution for complaints regarding my incorrect name on the Vi app and otherwise. Replaced my official name to a name of their vhoice.Terrible personal experience. Do not go for this IRRESPONSIBLE Vi Mobile.

    @ViCustomerCare Disappointed with the service at the Vi Store (MG Rd, near JK Hotel, Aurangabad, Bihar 824101). The staff was unprofessional and refused to assist with choosing a new SIM number, treating the store like a roadside service. Please look into this. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for the response. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly this time, because I’ve already contacted customer support multiple times since 25th April but still haven’t received any proper update or SIM delivery yet.
