    My @ViCustomerCare sim is blocked. Customer care of VI is harassing me. Yesterday they told me if i convert my sim to postpaid, they will unblock the sim. Today they are asking me to convert two family sim to postpaid. If i don't they won't unblock my sim. Please help @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare You have asked same repeatedly questions. 1. Since when ? Ans. Network problem happens any time any day. 2. Location? Ans. Refer previously given. Note: this is not only location specific or since how long. This is matter of continuing the good network services. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Please take action urgently . 5G Network with 3 Bar but Internet with in 10kbps speed. Some time Network fully vanish . Even after Network serch not show any VI network.
