@ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra - r u serious in resolving my issue or just doing formalities by sending msg. No action taken till date. I m sure it will now be resolved in legal court of law only. Disgusting & pathetic service. Don't recommend to take your connection.

on 10th july i decided to port my sim from jio to Vi, i was promised that i will get a free recharge of 365 rupees on my sim the process is successfully done but turns out that i have to recharge my sim and then my data service is gonna be activated. help me. @ViCustomerCare
