    @ViCustomerCare I have identified the issue, its the Sim Card, seems to be corrupted, its not letting me operate my phone by disabling Wifi,Sim2 & phone is continously restarting on its own. Removing the sim has resovled the issue. Now its going to be a pain to find Mumbai Circle Sim in Pune.

    @ViCustomerCare my number is not working since this morning. Unable to connect to the network. Have raised a complaint. Jamal was very helpful. Complaint number is V00709423841. I can’t wait for another day to get this sorted. Please fast track.

    @Dishu_26H @ViCustomerCare You did absolutely the right thing by informing Vi Customer Care! I sincerely hope that they take the necessary actions on the Person involved IMMDTLY and confirm the actions taken against him/her to you too! If they don't take any action in few days time, pls report it to TRAI

    hello dear @ViCustomerCare Yesterday I called your customer care for some suggestions,after calling,your call operator messaged me on WhatsApp from his personal number and I do not know him,then I refused to do so,still he I did not listen and started messaging again and again

    @ViCustomerCare Hv not been receiving any network since the past 5 hrs. Is there a problem? Can't even call your call centre due to this. Happy to move out to some other service provider if you're not keen.
