    @ViCustomerCare hi not getting internate signal...in Agartala capital of Tripura for last 72 hours. Pin 799001, pls do the needful at yours earliest. It's really shameful that even after recharge with 01 year advance payment we are not getting services.

    @ViCustomerCare I had spoken to your customer care regarding Network problem and Data issue. He replied that data i had has expired. When I checked from the VI app it was 9.78 GB balance. He did not respond my queries and cut the call. I am facing network issues.kindly help me.

    @ViCustomerCare U guys are pathetic even after assuring me of problem resolution it is not resolved. I recharged again and didn’T get the balance I guess they are covering their losses by looting the customer .

    @ViCustomerCare I'm using Vi last 3 year...now I'm not interested in ur services because of ur recharge validity problem ...high value but low validity compare to others operator...if u can do something pls help for me I'm waitng...otherwise I will PORT MY SIM

    @ViCustomerCare What you will say?? You will say #vi don’t have anything. When asked about Esim or vowifi you will say, you don’t know and don’t have anything like that and there is no timeline for update. For indoor coverage, you don’t have network team. Then what else you can provide us??
