    @ViCustomerCare What a bad services vodafone is giving. Closed my complaint from application without informing me and if there is high usages in my area so what can I do. I am paying bill to vodafone. Looks like they are not interested to keep their customer happy.

    @ViCustomerCare The KPIs could not be seen by a customer so I'll have to content myself from the prompt response you provided. The improvement could only be felt once your differentiators are visible enough from your competitors in testing times.
